She is still available!!! Skye is very playful, energetic, and good with kids. She has not been around other animals besides cats and she doesn’t seem to like cats. She loves to play fetch and tug-of-war. She is house trained, crate trained, and spayed. She would do best with an active family. She comes with two dog beds, food and water bowl, dog toys, a leash and collar, and a dog crate. She was born on August 22, 2025.

Story
Ellie is an amazingly sweet and happy girl. After having her for almost a year we realize that she needs to have a yard. She loves to play, but we have nowhere for her to do that. She would do extremely well with another dog if possible, as she seems to rely on them as a companion she gets along with every dog and cat that she sees, and people as well. She came from Greenville Animal Care and has been wonderful. She would be good to have some work (treat training) when in public as she gets very (happily) excited around people and dogs. Her “sister” is also for adoption and they could be adopted together. She has been in the same house with two permanent cats as well as foster kittens, and is very gentle with them.

Story
Charlie is an amazingly sweet and happy girl. After having her for a year and unable to sell our house, we realize that she needs to have a yard. She loves to play and can be silly (but still sweet), but we have nowhere for her to do that. Her sister is also up for adoption and they would do extremely well together if possible, but she gets along with every dog and cat that she sees, and people as well. She came from Greenville Animal Care and has been wonderful. She gets very (happily) excited around people and dogs. She has been in the same house with two cats plus fosters and is very gentle with them.

We got JJ from the Greenville Animal Care in Dec, 2024. He's very puppy like, and runs around the house playing with our 10 year old Maltese. We recently had a baby daughter who is just starting to walk, and we've had close calls with him running past her and almost knocking her down. He doesn't mean harm, just like to play fast. We aren't comfortable with this and feel he's a risk to running our daughter down accidentially. He is great with our 6 year old son, and plays with our cat a little in addition to the Maltese. We'd like him to find a great home, as he really is a good dog and loves affection.

Story
I got Sailor over a year ago, when I was living in an apartment on my own. She was being rehomed by a young family with children who did not have the time to care for her. Since getting her, she has blossomed into a sweet, playful young girl. She does great with cats and most dogs. I've recently had to move home to my parents' house, where they have two dogs, a male and a female. Sailor and the female dog do not get along, as they are both trying to be the alpha female in the house. Sailor would do great in a house where she is the only female dog or only dog, period. She loves cats and often tries to play with them.
