Story
This is Groot, a true Gardian of the Galaxy...or family. He's a good boy. He's fun and playful but so loving, he will sleep right on your face if you let him. The only reason this boy needs a home is that he's not great with cats or very young kids, which is what I have alot of. He's fantastic with big and small dogs with he's around constantly. He's very gentle and sweet to adults and even kids that are a bit bigger. He walked up to my fence one day to play with my dogs. I looked for months everywhere to find his owners with no luck. He's neutered, house trained and a very sweet boy.I'll also send along 4 months of flea, tick and heartworm prevention.

Story
Peggy was brought into our lives from the streets of Roebuck. She narrowly missed being killed by a suburban but instead we were blessed with her for the past few years. She is probably the most loving, affectionate, and sweet girl a person could ask for. She makes us laugh constantly. Unfortunately her mom and dad are separating and her mom can’t take her to her new home. Her mom couldn’t bring herself to bring her to a shelter because she deserves much better. She comes with a kennel and a heart of gold 💛

Story
Rocky will be 4 years old this July. We got him when he was four months old from the humane society. He's been to training school twice and is very food motivated. He does great with trainers and listening to commands. He's incredibly loving, will take constant attention if you will give it. He very rarely resource guards food but every now and then he does and will start to show signs of aggression. He will also get this way with toys/stuffed animals, or sometimes something as random as a paper towel. Most of the time when he guards he will growl and warn, but our six year old doesn't always appreciate the signs he's showing and has been nipped a couple of times. This is one of the main reasons we need to re-home him. He has nipped a couple of times without warning. We do have a cat that he does well with and he does well at doggie camp. We don't recommend him to a home with small children, and think he would benefit from a strong male presence.

Story
Nine years ago, we brought home two of the fastest dogs in Greenville. They were inseparable—best friends who kept each other company through every busy season of life. They chased balls, tore down trails, and always curled up side by side at the end of the day.Since her sister passed away a little over a year ago, she has remained the same loyal, loving companion we've always known. However, with the constant pace of life with three kids, we’ve realized we can’t give her the dedicated time and attention she truly deserves. In good conscience, we know we can’t keep her, as she needs a home where she can have someone to cuddle and play with throughout the day. We want her to have a life that is as full as her heart.

Story
Dexter is a humane society rescue, just a pup when I got him last year. Sweet, energetic guy with a big heart. If you are looking for a running partner, bff, streaming pal, or just a friendly face, he's your guy. Dex quickly house trained with a bell on my door. He loves to explore, run and play tug of war. He may play too hard for cats, though he hasn;t met many. He hasn't exactly learned how to keep all four paws on the ground when greeting. Unfortunately, life changes, career changes and locale changes have made it difficult to maintain a steady home for him. He's been moved twice and boarded with friends for the last few months. He deserves stability and a home where he gets constant hugs, somebody who has time to spend and not to be shuffled around. Heartbroken, I realize that I am unable to give him those things at the minute. Giving Dexter up is the last thing I want, but he needs more than I am able to provide. Please help me find my bestie a new bestie.

Story
She is three years old, and is very sweet and loving towards people. She loves playing frisbee, is crate trained, potty trained, and is good and gentle when receiving treats. However, she does not get along well with female dogs, and would possibly be better suited to a home where she is the only dog. And while she is mostly leash trained, she does still pull. There is a rehoming fee; I want her to go to a good home. Also, she loves chasing bugs and chasing a cat light! And, when it's dinner time, she'll go in her kennel, sit down, and wait til her food is in the bowl and the door is shut before she eats--she can open and close the door herself, even! She is the perfect fit for anyone if they don't have female dogs. Also, she loves fluffy blankets!
