Story
We adopted Luna as a puppy from Greenville animal care. She has been a good dog and part of our family for 5 years. Lately she has shown aggression towards our cat and other dog. We think she would be happier with a family with no other pets. She is house broken and crate trained. She knows how to sit and some simple commands. She is a very loving and usually well behaved dog. We will also donate her crate, food bowls, and other supplies to make the transition easier.

Story
Mercy is a goofy and playful girl that loves cuddling as much as romping around the yard playing with toys. After a good walk or hike she loves to come home and rest by your side. She is house trained and with some work would do well in a crate, as long as she knows you're around, she is a happy girl. She does love a shoe and will sometimes try to get your attention by grabbing one, but she is working on this. She is making leaps and bounds on her chewing and with a stern "No" she will drop it.My decision to rehome is by no means her fault. She is the perfect dog and I have desperately tried to make it work. Unfortunately, our older dog has not come around to having a young dog in the house. Our older dog has started to lash out on Mercy and with a child in the home I am terrified of what may happen. Mercy does not respond negatively to the lashing out but I can't risk it with a 4 year old in the home. I am asking for a small rehoming fee to keep people with bad intentions at bay.

My mother’s dog, she passed away and left us with Hank. We can’t house him for much longer due to space and time. We sometimes travel for work and do not have time to care for him.

Story
We got JJ from the Greenville Animal Care in Dec, 2024. He's very puppy like, and runs around the house playing with our 10 year old Maltese. We recently had a baby daughter who is just starting to walk, and we've had close calls with him running past her and almost knocking her down. He doesn't mean harm, just like to play fast. We aren't comfortable with this and feel he's a risk to running our daughter down accidentially. He is great with our 6 year old son, and plays with our cat a little in addition to the Maltese. We'd like him to find a great home, as he really is a good dog and loves affection.
