Charlie is a 10-year-old large dude who has mastered the art of being a roommate. He’s healthy and active, but his main goal is finding a comfortable spot to hang out. He isn't "slowing down" due to age; he’s just always been a relaxed guy. Personality: Charlie is well-behaved, house-trained, and crate-trained. He has lived with kids and cats without issues. He has a funny "grumpy" streak: if the house gets too loud, he’ll give a single bark to let you know he’s annoyed and walk away to find a quieter room. He isn't aggressive; he just values his peace. Activity & Health: He loves walks (especially in the cold) and short bursts of fetch or tug-of-war. He takes daily joint vitamins; he occasionally overdoes it and limps for a day, but recovers quickly. On walks, he gets very excited when he sees other dogs. He’s a big, strong guy, so he needs a handler comfortable steering an excited dog on a leash. If you want a loyal friend who is past the puppy drama, Charlie is perfect.

Pugsley is an adorable, sweet, and loving 5 year old guy who will easily win your heart. Some of his favorite things are having his belly rubbed and cuddling on the couch. He also enjoys playing with toys and going for walks. Pugsley gets along easily with dogs, cats, and humans. He is easy going and loves everyone. Though he is 70 lbs, he is more of a medium sized dog. Story
We adopted Gruner 2.5 years ago and he is a very sweet velcro dog with separation axiety. He is currently in a household with children, cats, and another dog. He does well with our other dog for the most part, but gets overly excited around the kids and cats. He lovest to play fetch with a ball. He is eager to please and wants to be an obedient dog. He is good on walks. He likes to cuddle. He has lots of energy and loves to chew on toys.

Story
Zia is a sweet girl that loves to cuddle. She loves to play with her toys. She is 6 years old and I've had her since she was a puppy. I would recommend she go to a home with teenagers or older, as she's never been around young kids. She does very well with other dogs, as she's one of 3 dogs. The only reason we are giving her up is we are moving out of the country, and can only take 1 of our 3 dogs. She loves to be outside, and she needs a house with a yard.

​Maisy enjoys loving on people. She thinks she's a lap dog and just wants to snuggle. She isn't really a high energy dog, but will have a boost of energy when it's time to play. She loves to give lots of licks! She spends most of her day outside or laying around in the barn. She loves to chase balls and playing with her rope toys. Maisy does great with our children (7, 10, 11) and other dogs. She does enjoys laying out in the sun. Maisy is crate trained. Spends most her time outside, but has never had any accidents inside our home. She does very well on a leash, and knows the commands sit, come, and leave it. Maisy is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and microchipped. She doesn't have any special medical or dietary needs.

Story
I had a baby in February at 23 weeks pregnant. Ever since then, my daughter has been in the NICU at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. I live in Sabina, OH and have been staying at the Ronald McDonald House in downtown Cincinnati since I love so far away. My niece has been staying at my house while I am away to care for my dogs for me, however, she is no longer able to take care of them. I fear I have no other choice than to find another home for my fur babies as I do not have the money to board them until my daughter gets out of the hospital on the next few months. Teensy is very shy, but a huge cuddle bug when she warms up to people. She loves her stuffies and belly rubs. She was raised with her sister Neecie and I would very much like to keep them together if possible. Teensy is scared of just about everything and her sister brings her comfort. Neecie is a pitbull mix that was rescued in 2014. She loves blankets and snuggles!
