Petey loves pets and cuddles. He enjoys a good toy to chew on and chasing animals outside. Doesn't mind to go on a walk but can't go for long. He will cuddle, play with a toy, or sleep. If he has another dog companion he will try to play. Petey's ideal home is with another dog to play with but mainly with people who are able to give him attention and cuddle. When being disciplined he can cower and let out a small tinkle but he is house broken.

I rescued Athena from the pound in Colerain. She has been with me since, that was 201. She is a great dog she barely barks and never goes in the house. I changed jobs thus year and I work long hours and she needs more love than I can give her now. I want a good home where she can get the love she craves and I would love for her to be able to run without a leash. I live in a community and she has been on a leash for the past ; years but she is energetic and I don’t have time to give her what she needs. Just want her to be loved

Jazzy is a 5 year old pit/boxer/Australian/German shepherd. Although she has a lot of high energy blood in her, her favorite place to be is curled up next to you on the couch under her favorite blanket. Jazzy is looking for a home with no other animals or small children. Her owners would love to see jazzy thrive the way she deserves. Jazzy is completely house broken and will let you know when she has to go. She does not counter surf. She loves walks and is great on the leash. She is crate trained and knows so many tricks and loves to learn. Jazzy grew up in a college town and loved it there, getting to see all of her adult human friends hanging out. She would do well in a home with no yard as long as she is taken out on a leash. She does enjoy soaking up the sun though so a yard with some sticks and a nice lounge spot would be great! Heidi is a very sweet, loving, boxer mix. She is 14 years old, but otherwise in good health. She loves taking walks, and gets along well with other animals. Her owner (my mother) has dementia, and is no longer able to care for Heidi. I cannot keep her either, due to being gone long hours at work. We’re desperate to find a good home for Heidi asap. Vaccination records, food, a doggy bed, crate, and leash & collar will all be provided! No adoption fee needed.

Yuma’s journey hasn’t been an easy one, but her heart is as big as ever. We first rescued her after discovering she had been tied up between two houses for nearly 48 hours. Despite her difficult start, Yuma has shown us nothing but love and she is incredibly cuddly, sweet-natured, and eager to be close to people. While we loved our time with her, but our family and lifestyle have changed so much that we can no longer give her the freedom, attention, and daily care she truly deserves. Yuma thrives on affection and would flourish in a home where she can stretch her legs, enjoy more adventures, and receive the consistent love and playtime she loves. She is ready for her forever family and unfortunately that’s not us. We hope home her new family can match her loyal spirit and give her the safe, loving home she deserves. 💛

This 28-pound brown-and-white beauty is as sweet as her name suggests. Her mama looks just like a purebred Bernese Mountain Dog, and the breeder said the pups were Bernedoodles — which explains her soft, non-shedding coat and those “painted by an artist” good looks. Cinnamon is a little shy at first — think “fragile flower just starting to bloom” vibes —as she is already blossoming more and more every day. She happily lets us pet her all over, has shown absolutely zero signs of aggression, and recently discovered that treats are, in fact, one of life’s greatest inventions. That discovery has really boosted her enthusiasm for training. Funny how that works. 😉 She’s learning how to walk on a leash and is catching on quickly. Once she trusts you, she’s interactive, affectionate, and wonderfully sweet. The kind of dog who will bond deeply and become your quiet little shadow.
