Story
We rescued Carter from the animal shelter when he was only a few months old and have had him for over 6 years. He is a great dog, very obedient, and well trained. He is loyal and protective of his family. He likes playing frisbee and chasing the ball outside but also loves to lay around and be loved on. He would be best in a home with adult(s) only or adults with older kids (teenager and up). He is hesitant with new dogs but is great with dogs once he knows them. He truly is a great dog and it breaks our hearts to rehome him, but we unfortunately have to due to our small kids.

Story
Hello, Coco has been our baby girl since September 2012. We adopted her from Houston's SPCA when she was just 4 weeks old. We have loved her as one of our children over the last 13 years, she saw my two baby boys come home and bonded with each one of us. She's definitely a daddy's girl though. Sadly, my youngest son is allergic to dog dander. We thought we could manage it with home remedies, constant cleaning/vacuuming, air purifiers, and many more, but unfortunately he's not getting any better and we definitely don't want to resort to medications at such a young age. It has definitely not been an easy decision for us, but at this point it's what we need to do. She's older so we don't want her going to a shelter because we know her chances for adoption are low. We want a home and a family that will give her the best time of her life, will love her unconditionally, and care for her always.

Story
Harry showed up to my Dad's house and we believe we was neglected. He is very sweet and my Dad has been taking care of him but cannot keep him. He is maybe 10lbs, 2-5 age range but not sure. We think he is mixed breed. He has some skin issues we are trying to treat him for. This is probably because he was neglected by someone and has not had a home for a while. He is up to date on vaccines. Free to a good home.

Story
Meet Saphira Saphira is a stunning 5-year-old black beauty with a truly unique feature one blue eye and one brown, thanks to her striking heterochromia. She turns heads wherever she goes, but it's her loyalty and big heart that truly make her special. Saphira is deeply loving and fiercely loyal to her humans. She thrives on attention and would be happiest in a home where she can be the center of someone's world. She needs plenty of exercise and mental stimulation, so an active adopter who enjoys walks, runs, or playtime would be a great match. While she adores people, Saphira Takes a bit to warm up to other animals and would do best with a slow introduction to the home. She also plays well with children. If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind dog who will be your loyal shadow and adventure buddy, Saphira might just be the perfect fit.

Story
Rich is a big, dopey, gentle boy yearning for a family. He may look intimidating, but he could not be more softhearted. He is house-trained and can use a doggy door, and he is comfortable in a crate when traveling or otherwise. Richie loves other dogs and is extremely playful and a bit clumsy. He is great on walks and requires little supervision. He rarely barks, so you know something is going on if you hear his sweet whisper-barks. Rich came to me from a neighbor who wasn't able to meet his needs, and though he is slightly better off with me, if I'm being honest, he isn't receiving the life he is worthy of. (I have an older male that is making integration very difficult for us.) Today I was walking Rich, and he stopped to watch a family of kids playing with their puppy. As he stared at them with longing in his big brown eyes, my heart broke for him. He truly deserves a life like that. https://www.youtube.com/@IfIWereARichManSC

Story
We found Tucker in the middle of the road when he was around 8 weeks old. He is around 1 year old now. Tucker is very smart and picks up on simple commands quickly. He is a very energetic dog and loves to run after his ball. We have to rehome him mainly because he chases our elderly cat. We hoped that with time he would stop, but he has not and she has grown more and more terrified of him. We also have 3 young children and aren't able to dedicate the time to Tucker that he needs. I am confident that Tucker would make an amazing best friend for someone who was able to take the time to train him and play with him like he deserves.
