This pup's adoption fee is $950. If you are still interested, please read more below. Roxy arrived at ARF with her BFF (Best Furry Friend) Penny. Roxy is an affectionate, smart, and playful little pup interested in all things food and toys. She has no interest in pee pads so while not potty trained fully she is doing really well with crate training and potty outside. She gets along great with her foster mom’s four other dogs and loves to be wherever the other dogs and/or people are. She is working on “Sit” and walking with a leash which her foster is sure she will pick up in no time. Roxy loves to be outside and is a great problem solver so a fenced in yard with at least a 6 foot fence would be best. She would love to stay with Penny - if not possible she would do best in a household with another dog and where she is not left alone for long periods of time. This pup is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, and spayed. The new family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing. Please note ARF does not approve applications for any puppy under 6 months of age to families that live outside of Illinois and/or beyond 100 miles of Wheaton or Glen Ellyn, IL.
