Story
Duck and Mother Goose MUST be adopted together. There are NO exceptions Adoption Fee: $1,100.00 for the pair. We have recently posted a number of Ragdolls and Devon Rex from a breeder who decided to close the cattery she had recently opened. She evidently was thinking to branch out into breeding Persians because she also surrendered Mother Goose and Duck, a mother and daughter pair. The last photo I have included below is one taken of Duck, aka the Darling Duckling, on the day we got her. She was so small and so unbelievably cute (!!!!!) with her white feet and white blaze between her eyes. She is no longer tiny but she is still amazingly cute with her great round green eyes. She is all about play and exploration, a carefree young teenager. Her mom is quite different, she has seen more of life and has had the worry of kittens or at least one. Goose is very gentle, cautious, super sweet when she knows you. I think her life has not been all ease and comfort. She arrived stressed and unsure clearly feeling things had not been as safe and loving as she needed. There was a little sadness in her eyes. Did she lose her other kittens? There is no way to know. Persians are all and only about love. They are treasures that must be kept safe and loved every single day. This is true of all cats of course, but it is especially true of tender hearted Persians. These two would like to go to their new home together and spend their years together. They need a family who spends a lot of time at home. Noisy young children and bouncy barking dogs would not be a good for them but other gentle, non dominant, cats might be fine. Duck has kitten play monster energy right now but she will outgrow some of that soon. Goose has a very soft, quiet temperament. She will blossom and be so happy in the love of her humans . Some family will be so lucky to have this special pair to love. They will be loved back by Persians who give their whole hearts to take care of their humans. They do have one request of their new family. " Please give us new grown up names!" I agree. The day for being called Duck and Mother Goose is pretty much over ( And no, I didn't name them) Duck is fostered by Harriet in Santa Cruz, California. Duck is: Neutered/Spayed, Vaccinated, FELV Tested, Dewormed, Microchipped, Wet Food, Dry Food, Litter Box Perfect Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish them and create an ideal forever home. If you believe you are a perfect adopter for Duck please tell us why in the comments section of our Adoption Application, and contact Harriet at harrietluvskitties@yahoo.com. If you are unable to reach Harriet please email info@purebredsplus.org. NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone's best interests!

Story
Cooper is a breathtaking smoke-colored Persian with the heart of a lion, the energy of a kitten in full bloom, and enough personality to fill every room of your home. At just 11 months old, he is bold, beautiful, and bursting with affection for the people lucky enough to know him. He is looking for his one-and-only — a person, couple, or family with older children who will make him their whole cat world, and in return, he will make them the center of his. Cooper must be placed as an only pet. He is wonderful with people, but extremely hostile to other cats and most likely small dogs. One-on-one with his people, Cooper is, loving, entertaining, and silly. He loves toys of every kind and will engage with anything you put in front of him. His signature move is the ambush — lurking just out of sight, then launching himself dramatically the moment you cross the room, all paws and zero claws. He also loves a spirited game of chase, happily trading turns as pursuer and pursued. Life with Cooper is never boring. Cooper eats dry food only and has no interest in wet food. He is a loyal fan of Blue Buffalo and goes absolutely wild for Temptations treats. Cooper is a true Persian, and his care reflects that. His luxurious smoke coat requires regular brushing and grooming to prevent matting. His eyes need to be cleaned gently every day — typical for the breed — and he tolerates lubricating eye drops without fuss, which is a genuine gift. He also snorts, persistently and proudly. It comes with the flat face, and his new family should find it endearing. Still very much a kitten at heart, Cooper is learning boundaries and will help himself to counters, desks, and the tallest cat tree in the room. He will eat houseplants if given the opportunity, so his new home will need to keep greenery out of reach or choose pet-safe varieties. He needs plenty of daily attention, interactive play, and patient, gentle redirection as he grows into his manners. Cooper’s ideal adopter has experience with Persians and understands — and embraces — the daily care their faces and coats require. He must be the only pet in his home, where he can receive and return undivided love and attention. If you’re the kind of person who talks to their cat, invents games on the fly, and doesn’t mind a little fur on everything, Cooper may be your guy. Cooper is fostered by Kimber in Sacramento, California. Cooper is: Neutered/Spayed, Vaccinated, Dewormed, Microchipped, Dry Food, Litter Box Perfect Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats (like me) with qualified adopters who will cherish me and create an ideal forever home. Meet Tuxie, a black-and-white Persian mix with a delightfully grumpy little face that only makes her more irresistible. With her signature pushed-in features and expressive eyes, she has the kind of look that turns heads-and melts hearts.Don't let her serious expression fool you-Tuxie is as easygoing and charming as they come. She settles in quickly, enjoys the simple pleasures, and has a gentle, lovable presence that makes her hard not to adore. One of Tuxie's standout features (besides her looks!) is her impressively loud purr. She's not shy about sharing it either-whether you're petting her or she's curled up nearby, you'll be treated to a steady, happy rumble that lets you know she's content. If you're looking for a relaxed, affectionate companion with a unique face and a big, purring personality, Tuxie might just be your perfect match. Adoption Fees $200 for kittens up to one year $160 for cats over one year All cats have been: -  Spayed/neutered -  FVRCP vaccinated -  FeLV tested (FeLV/FIV for adults) -  Dewormed -  Flea treated -  Microchipped Meet Oscar – The Rugged Gentleman with a Soft Side   Oscar’s story started rough: kept outdoors by his former caretaker, then picked up and dumped by an apartment manager far from home. Luckily, we found him—intact and in need of a second chance. With feral colonies nearby, we knew he couldn’t be left out again, so we brought him in.   Since recovering, Oscar has settled into life as an indoor cat (with possible supervised outdoor privileges). He seems content and independent, but don’t let his cool demeanor fool you—he’s quietly loyal and will curl up next to you at night.   Oscar would likely do best as a solo pet or in a home with calm, confident dogs. He’s not a fan of other cats—especially the nervous ones—as he’s still learning how to “cat.” He loves to chase toys (and sometimes other cats, which doesn’t go over well here), so a home where he can burn off that playful energy would be ideal.   His perfect match? Someone who works from home or enjoys quiet companionship. He’s not needy, but he likes to be near his person. Offer him a Churu, some good kibble, or soft food and you’ll earn major points.   Oscar is neutered, healthy, and ready for the next chapter—with someone who sees the value in a resilient cat who just wants to belong.    Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Adoptions Events on Saturdays:   Petco in Vacaville, 210 Nut Tree Pkwy from 11am-2pm Petco in Fairfield, 1320 Gateway Blvd, from 2- 5pm Because all of our cats are in foster homes, not all cats come to adoptions every weekend. Good with kids, Not good with cats, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Scout was originally a barn kitten. My granddaughter recently saw him urgently listed on craigslist which said he would be euthanized if no one took him so she rescued him but we can't keep him. We can only have two pets where we live. He was a little shy at first yet this cat is gorgeous he's very chill and quiet but he doesn't seem to like one of my cats. He is OK with one of my cats but with the other one he can be a bit aggressive by chasing her. My granddaughter was told he gets along with dogs and he is fine with children. He's basically overall a chill cat who is very sweet and affectionate. He needs a forever home and would make a very good companion for someone.
