You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Ellie is an owner surrender because her owner can no longer care for her.  She is a very sweet Persian girl who was born on 3/15/22.  She is current on shots and is chipped.  Ellie has always been a strictly indoor cat and she will be adopted as an indoor cat only.  Her fur is such that she will require grooming by her new owner.  Ellie lived with a small dog and they did great together.  Adoption fee is $100 with an approved application which is available at mchs.rescuegroups.org.  We will review all applications received and get in touch.  You must be 21 to adopt and a pet carrier is required at the time of adoption.  Our address is 101 22 ST SE, Austin, MN.  We are located off of I-90 via exit 180B to 218 SOUTH.  We are just past our local airport.  Thanks.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 17, 2026, 7:42 pm

Svetlana is playful, loving, and completely adorable. She’s a true snugglebug who loves curling up with her person, happily making biscuits while soaking up affection. When she’s not cuddling, she’s busy entertaining herself with life’s simple joys—folded socks, strings, and boxes are her favorite toys. She has a hilarious “hunter” streak and proudly stalks dish towels from the kitchen, delivering her prizes straight to her chosen human like a gift of love. Svetlana is very curious about the outdoors and would love to explore, but she’s kept safely inside since she lives on a busy street and her people love her far too much to take any chances. Svetlana does have a skin condition that she takes medication for, and she handles it like a champ. With her care routine, she’s comfortable and happy. Sweet, silly, and full of personality, Svetlana has a way of stealing hearts the moment you meet her.
