Story
Hi everyone, I’m sad to write this post but I really need to re-home one of our pups. I love them so much but for my Sabel German shepherd, he needs a family/person that is active and willing to put in the time to play with him and take him on walks. He is very energetic, he is a loving dog, he likes attention, he is clumsy just like scooby doo. I unfortunately don’t have the time right now. Maverick is located in Hutto Texas area, he is 4, up to date with shots/vaccines, also neutered, and microchipped. health is great, he does good with other dogs. We have 2 other dogs he gets along with. He really likes smalls dogs. Re-homing fee $60 I want to ensure he goes to a great family or person that will love him as much as I do. He is house and kennel trained. He knows basic commands like sit, paw, and when it’s time go inside the kennel. He is a huge couch potato. Please send me a message if interested and for serious inquiries. I greatly appreciate it.

Story
We adopted Portia from the Georgetown Animal Shelter in 2015 . She is a 10 year old Golden Shepherd, we were told that she was house trained, we learned that she was not. She's been through a full training class and knows her basic commands. We adopted our second dog not too long after that, about 4 months ago Portia attacked Orion for what seemed like no reason, at that point we separated them and a few weeks later when we tried to reintroduce them she attacked him again within 5 minutes. She's never been aggressive towards our other puppy or towards any people. She was diagnosed with severe Separation Anxiety just recently. We don't know what triggers her aggression towards our other dog but would like to see her in an active home with lots of love, attention and patience, where there's no other dogs or children until her triggers can be determined. She's a very sweet dog though, loves to give hugs and kisses and has a lot of life left in her, she LOVES to run and cuddle up to you.

Story
Rocket is a 5 yr old German shepherd with lots of energy! He used to go to doggy day care and did great there with other dogs. I’m hoping he can go with someone who has a yard for him to be in as he is a big boy. Rocket is very cuddly and will try to fit in your lap! Rocket has a specific dog food he eats for his sensitive stomach!

Story
Carly is five months old, spayed and UTD on shots. Carly's breed is unkown. She currently weighs about 20#. She is crate trained and doggie door trained. She would need to be trained to alert. Carly is an excellent traveler and enjoys car rides. She is also well behaved on boats and enjoys the water. Carly is super intelligent and eager to please. She's so spectacular on leash that a 6-year-old can walk her. She would make an excellent trail dog or hiking buddy. She also likes to snuggle in bed and watch TV. She's definitely a love bug. Carly has been raised with two 50# dogs and two 10# dogs. She does well with all four. She's still very much a puppy and takes being corrected by the older dogs very well. She has also been raised with cats/kittens. A growl or hiss backs her right down. She's respectful of them, but will try pushing the envelope. Carly was malnourished when found. She gets very excited at meal time. She bounds to her crate to be fed, leaping over whomever might be in her way and may knock over a small child. If you want to make Carly a furever member of your family please fill out our adoption application at adoption.poundpupandfriends.org

Story
I am Sax and I'm fast as heck! I am an all around good boy and I love to play. I have SO much energy! I love toys and treats and I love people. I'm good with dogs who match my energy and don't mind me being super happy about everything! I am kennel trained but I hate the kennel. I am house trained and once I have a schedule I pick up on what I'm supposed to do very quickly. I'm a quick learner but sometimes you have to remind me of my manners. I would do best in a home with no cats because they love to run and though I would never hurt one, I want to chase them. I love little kids but I'm always on the go and I tend to knock them over on accident so bigger kids that will play with me would be a better match for me. I need a home that understands my breed and will help me getting my energy out or keep my mind occupied. I would be a great hiking or jogging buddy! Do you want to take a run with me? If so please go to adoption.poundpupandfriends.org and fill out an adoption aapplication for me.

Story
I have had Natasha since she was 3 days old. I fostered and bottled fed her from birth and later adopted her. She is the sweetest girl, with SO much love to give. She is young, 2 years old this week, and has a lot of energy. She is a gorgeous Malinois / Husky mix who is a registered support animal, housebroken , and loves car rides and pup cups. Unfortunately, she needs to be the only dog. We have worked with two trainers and three vets, but she just gets so over stimulated with other animals and is reactive to other dogs when they come near her. She has never hurt anyone or any dog, she just gets very anxious. I love this pup so very much , and am devastated that I have to give her up, but her two brothers are just too much for her. She loves snuggles, and is crate trained and sleeps well in either a crate or bed. She is up to date on everything, has no health issues, and has an XL crate and toys. I want to find someone who can give her the space and love she deserves.
