Kovu is a 4yo unaltered male Great Pyrenees/german shepherd mix. He is the sweetest boy ever and loves his humans but is very very weary of strangers and will growl. Would prefer he go to a home without kids bc although he loves his kids very much I honestly wouldn’t trust him around kids he’s unfamiliar with. His favorite places to be are on the water, going for car rides and sleeping on his humans like a big ole weighted blanket. Recently came into critical financial hardships and can’t afford the extra care he needs. He gets chronic ear infections (currently has one that I can’t afford to treat) and was supposed to get his updated shots last month but financial emergencies happened and I was unable to take him. He also barks when we come home from work and my neighbors keep complaining and now it’s come down to him or us and I can’t afford to move. He is house trained and crate trained although hasn’t had one for a while. We also don’t have the time for him that he deserves anymore

Story

Wolfe is an amazing dog and very loving. Putting him on here is my last resort. I've had Wolfe since he was a puppy and he is now 7 years old. We've experienced and been through a lot together. The reason he is on here is because his separation anxiety is too severe and I'm gone for over 9 hours due to work. Plus this is the first time it's just me and him, there was always another dog or person with us so I didn't know how bad it was till now. He loves people and gets along well with other dogs. Cats too he just gets too excited for them sometimes.

ONE BEAUTIFUL HEALTHY GSD, 9YR OCowboy has a sad story, his original owner since he was 6 weeks old passed away in June. Then it's my understanding that the temporary foster family then had him neutered on July 9th and all of his shots updated then they located the deceased woman's estranged daughter, she took Cowboy but could not keep him because he is a very large active healthy dog. So she put an ad out here and I saW it, and we went and rescued him, you had two ear infections slight hip problems we took him to the vet got all of that fixed I've had him for 2 weeks to the very good boy, but I have two little Brussel Griffons, and it turns out cowboy has prey instincts.. I truly think that he would do best with a single woman or a female couple or a roommate situation and females, and someone who was sweet talk to him we figured that out he responds much better when we try to mimic a lady with a soft voice. If I cannot rehome him he will go to the Williamson County Animal Shelter

This is the best dog you will ever find. He is sweet great with kids and other dogs. He obeys verbal and hand commands. Still working on stay when there are squirrels . He comes with the crate you need because he does get so bummed when left alone. He doesn’t chew or mess in the house . He is incredibly gentle loves walks and car rides . If I could take him with us I would he is an angel in a dogs body. Can apply from temple to Austin . He is worth it.

My daughter kept Z from a litter that born in her apartment. The other puppies were adopted out but she wanted to keep this one. Over time, she found that she could not take care of Z. Currently, I have Z living in the backyard. She is fed, watered and played with daily. She absolutely LOVES chasing a ball and returning it to do it again! She is about 2 years old. Z needs training. She knows sit and down. She is used to being kenneled at night in the house and never soils her kennel. If someone has the time and energy to train her, I believe she can be a wonderful partner especially for a 10 year old or so. I'm investigating how to get her shots done and getting her spayed and chipped. My daughter simply did not have the money or time to take care of Z. If she had, my guess is we wouldn't be rehoming her.

Maya came into our lives when we settled down in the Cedar Park area. She has been incredibly sweet while we have had her, however we recently had some family related news which has us needing to give her to a better suitable home. Maya does well with our 5 year old, her favorite game to play with him is chase with her toy poptart. She is house trained, she knows kennel, wait, sit. Another reason we need to rehome her is due to her prey drive. We have guinea pigs and a kitty, while they were in our bedroom she had no problems at all. But when we moved the piggies back out to the living room, her prey drive kicked in. I would recommend if you have smaller animals, not to consider Maya. She moos like a cow if you rub her ears right, I cant ever seem to find the spot but my gf seems to find it often, loves butt pats too.
