Story
Natsu is a big cuddly house hippo that needs some room to run and lay in the sun. He will be 6 years old on July 25th. I adopted him as my ESA when he was 6months old at an adoption event. Now that I am disabled, I cannot give him the space he needs to run and be happy. It would be best if there are no other pets in the home as there have been some incidents of aggression. He is wonderful with kids. Loves to get dressed up and will eat almost anything. Never potties in the house unless something upsets his stomach. More pictures available on request.

Story
Dax is a working line German shepherd. We got him at 10 weeks old and put an immense amount of work/training into him. He’s a sweet boy, but requires more work from us than we can give him at this time. We have 2 young children and one on the way. He does so well with our kids and is loyal. He can be very vocal when he doesn’t receive our immediate attention. Dax enjoys fetch, walks, car rides, meeting new people, and hide-and-go seek. He also really loves training with treats. He knows basic commands, is kenneled when we are gone, and doesn’t mind loud noises (such as fireworks and thunderstorms). He would do really well with a companion who can give him the time and attention he seeks. We haven’t had him around other dogs much, and seems to be a little territorial of his space. I’m not sure if this is something that could be worked through, or just his temperament. Is Dax the companion dog you’re looking for? He can’t wait to meet you!

Story
Nikita was born November 14 2024. She is really good with children and the other dogs and cat we have. Barks at any dogs that go by our house. I’m not as young as I used to be and am not able to walk her. I have fibromyalgia and it has been difficult for me to give her the quality of life she needs. I also have her brother that is too big for me to walk.

Story
River has fear based aggressive reactivity and struggles with meeting new people/dogs. It take some time but he ends up creating strong bonds in a few days. He has a very fun and silly personality, acts like a husky but has the desire to please like the working breed he is. He has food aggression towards other animals and now attacks our cats because of one incident and we just had a baby introduced to the family and have to rehome him. I believe he’s completely workable with someone who knows dogs well. He was my first dog and we got attacked by another dog when he was a puppy and the dog neutered him and I was too scared to take him out much after that so he wasn’t socialized. I’ve been trying to really work on this past month so it’s easier for him to adjust to leaving (inteoducing him to people and taking him on walks working on training again) I love him so much but I can’t give him what he needs and I can’t have him attacking my cats either. He deserves a good home and a chance
