Submit an online application and an adoption counselor will call you to confirm an appointment. * Joji (formerly Joe) is a sensitive, intelligent tuxedo boy who has come a long way since his outdoor days. Believed to be around 7 years old, he’s left street life behind and is learning to fully enjoy the comfort and predictability of indoor living. Joji can be shy with new people, but once he trusts you, he becomes an affectionate companion. He loves sunny naps, curling up beside you, and settling into your lap or on your chest for snuggles. Chin and neck scritches are his favorite, and he’s a total gentleman at mealtime — especially when meat is involved. He’s smart and food-motivated, knows how to sit and jump on cue, and enjoys quiet playtime with wand toys, kickers, and small solo toys. Joji thrives in a calm, adult-only home and does best as the only pet. Sudden movements can startle him, and he communicates with a warning nibble when overstimulated, but he’s made huge progress learning to feel safe. With patience and consistency, he blossoms into a loyal, loving shadow who prefers to stay close by. She joined the PZ family in June with her siblings, arriving from the streets via a county shelter. Though she was a little unsure of humans at first, she’s blossomed with the love and patience of her fosters. Oreo enjoys gentle pets, curling up in laps, and spending time with her favorite scratchers. She explores the world at her own pace and has a special bond with her brother Midnight, though she also enjoys the company of other playful kittens. She joined the PZ family in June with her siblings, rescued from a county shelter after starting life on the streets. Bold, curious, and full of energy, Socks loves to explore new spaces, greet Volunteers, and dive into playtime. She loves her siblings, gets along well with other kittens in her community room, and balances her adventurous side with plenty of cuddles for humans who take the time to snuggle.
