Robert was found as a kitten in the mountains in Santa Barbara, and we rescued him from the shelter. He’s been neutered and microchipped. He lived with us at our home in the mountains for 3 years, mostly living outdoors - so he’s primarily an outdoor cat, but we just moved to an apartment temporarily in calabasas so he’s been here for the past 3 months with the doors wide open and he mostly stays inside, so he is suitable to either lifestyle. Since we have been living a condo in Calabasas (no pets allowed, technically), and are in the process of building a new home and moving again, it’s becoming more and more difficult to maintain a comfortable home for him, so we would love to find a wonderful new family and home for him long-term! He’s very easy going and once he warms up to you he’s very loving and sweet. Thanks so much!

One of our volunteers oversees a colony of cats near there and TNR’s any new cat that shows up to keep the population under control. Mia was scared, hungry, wet and asking for help. She was pulled from the colony, fostered and she has become a wonderful, social, grateful little girl! Miss Mia is very playful, loves to talk and purrs a lot. She really enjoys being around people and she has some silly antics when she plays with her toys. She loves to sunbathe in windows and would prefer to be the only kitty. He gets a lot of compliments on his coloring and coat pattern. His favorite buddy in the whole world is Quentin, his brother, whom he plays with constantly. He definitely loves the company of another feline and we’d love to see this pair adopted together! Kids: He would do well with older, quieter kids.
