Story
Aro might look like a full-grown cat, but this sweet, gentle boy is still a kitten! At approximately 7 months old, he still has some growing to do. Aro is a lovable guy who likes the company of other kitties (he will even cuddle up with a friend), playing with wand toys, and perfecting his napping skills. Aro can be a little shy at first but warms up and will blossom in a loving home. He would really enjoy a kitty companion and will benefit from lots of play time and enrichment to help build his confidence. If this cutie sounds like a good fit, stop by and meet him soon. This pet is available at:Brandywine Valley SPCA1201 New York Ave NEWashington, DC 20002

Story
Bernie is an affectionate, indoor-outdoor cat who loves to lay in the sun. My husband and I have had him for three years, and we will unfortunately be unable to take him with us on a big move. Bernie is one of the most cuddly cats I have ever encountered. He truly knows no strangers and will accept pets and cuddles from just about everyone. He is very healthy for his age, and is microchipped. Bernie is an indoor-outdoor cat, and we believe he will do best with access to the outdoors. He is had litter issues in the past that resolved with allowing him to spend most of the day in our small fenced-in yard. Even though he prefers to be outside, Bernie still loves people and does not have much interest in roaming far. We also have a Litter Robot that we are happy to give you for free if you take Bernie. We are truly so sad to have to rehome Bernie, and hope someone looking for a very sweet indoor-outdoor cat will be able to take him.

Story
Daz, 4-1/2 year old, feline charmer About Daz Daz is tiny, sweet, and loving. She can be a little shy and scared of others first. But once she familiarizes herself with you, prepare for lots of lap cuddles and morning reminders to give her some love and attention. And she loves to have some fun. Get her running with the laser, she is quite the jumper! Any annoying bug in the house, she's your cat. Daz is very low maintanence. Never gets into things she shouldn't have her paw in. Will not get any noise complaints. She will likely be sleeping when you are gone and be ready to hang out with you when you come back. Ideal Friends -may get along best with a partner in a less stimulated environment. Daz does get scared by a lot of stimulation or loud, sporadic noise around her -may get along most ideal in a situation where Daz is the only pet. Daz has some history with larger cats playing with her but because she is so small, play fights can get very uncomfortable for her.
