Spitfire is a 3 month old, male, Domestic Short Hair kitten. He has a big personality behind those curious eyes. He and his littermates were trapped from beneath a deck on a dangerously cold night just before a storm, and the journey from frightened to friendly has been remarkable. His name fits his spirit. Playful bursts, bold little pounces, and a hint of mischief appear once he feels secure. He is still learning that hands bring kindness, but he warms up quickly with patient, gentle handling. Spitfire requires an adult only home with someone experienced in working with shy kittens. Beginning in a small, safe space will be essential.
