Story
I was found before the blizzard and brought to the shelter. I look similar to the shelter house cat 8Ball. Since we share the same shelter room, I was named QBall. When I came in, I was very thin. My blood work showed that I am hyperthyroid. I am now on medication and have begun to have a hearty appetite. Shelter staff are hoping that I do not have to spend my days in a cage as I regain my strength. A foster home or a family wanting to adopt me would be a special gift for me. The Friends of the Taunton Animal Care Facility will medically support my medical needs. I do need to be the only pet. Story
My owner is moving and I cannot go with her. I was brought to the shelter, and I knew right away that I did not like cage life. So...when I had the chance, I escaped cage life! I am out with the house cats. I am not fond of them; I just do my "own thing". I greet shelter staff, when called, with a head butt and at times with a quiet purr. I was the only pet in my home for 9 years. Maybe soon, I will escape the adoption room to go to your house!
