Outgoing Harvey showed up first outside of an industrial building where the employees started to gain his trust and feed him. Uber-friendly Harvey accepted their invitations for friendship after a short while, and soon started inviting himself inside the front door, so they decided it was probably time to look for a new home for him. After he then also brought his new girlfriend Necia to join him, everyone started worrying that there would be kittens if they didn’t do something to prevent it soon. Harvey was very protective of Necia, so they didn’t get chance to get close enough to her to see if she was also tame. Once the 2 cats started getting too bold and trying to come indoors to the office, the employee contacted GNAR to help find a home for them. So they borrowed traps, and brought them to their new foster home. Harvey continued to guard Necia, so the foster home separated them to let Necia show her true personality. Harvey also sweetened up more after he was relieved of his perceived responsibility as Necia's protector and provider. Hi, I’m Sassy. I’m 3 ½ y/o. I am VERY affectionate and loving. When my mommy was home, I got all the attention I craved. She pet me and brushed me every day. But mommy went back to work. Now, she only feeds me and scoops my litter every day. I keep trying to get her attention! I lick her toes and meow when she walks by, or wind myself around her legs. But she’s gone so much! So, I started going to the bathroom under the couch. I was just wanting affection. Daddy found it and got upset. He told mommy that he was tired of me.
