Story
A5756375 Say hello to Honey , our 7-year-old Plott Hound mix with the most gorgeous brown brindle coat - like soft tortoiseshell or muted tiger stripes brushed across her fur. Her sweet, frosted face hints at her age, but she still has plenty of pep in her step, and those charmingly oversized ears are always perked, ready to catch the sound of her next adventure. After giving so much love to her previous family, she was heartbreakingly surrendered when they could no longer afford her care - now she deserves a forever home that will make her golden years truly shine. Striking and quietly regal, Honey has a soft, gentle demeanor that would suit so many households, from busy families to laid-back seniors. She’ll greet you with a happily wagging tail and proudly show off commands like sit and down - especially if a tasty treat is involved! This lovely girl is ready to give her whole heart again - will you be the one to share it with her? -7 year old brown brindle Plott Hound mix -69 pound spayed female -up to date on all shots and preventatives, so ready to go home with you today! However, Honey did pick up a little ear infection at the shelter, which has already been treated; just to be safe, she will need to be adopted on a health waiver - adopter to follow up with own vet for further diagnostics and potential treatment -came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 2/17/26 as an owner surrender, due to cost -easygoing but attentive, this smart girl is just as sweet as her name suggests, always eager to please her people -just a bit over middle aged, so has plenty of love and life left to share with her new forever family!
