She’s currently thriving off-site at our ranch, where she has fit right in with the pack—running, playing, and soaking up every moment of freedom.Mama Kate is a total social butterfly. She loves everyone and everything, both people and dogs alike. She’s the kind of girl who greets you with a big smile and instantly steals your heart. Whether she’s making new friends or cuddling up with her humans, she’s happiest when she’s surrounded by love.She’s also very active, smart, and agile, making her a perfect match for someone who enjoys hiking, adventures, and an on-the-go lifestyle. Breed: Catahoula Leopard Dog DOB: 6/2013 Gender: female Altered: yes Coat: medium Size: large Color(s): white/tan merle Description: Hi, I'm Daisy, aka, Daisy Mae, a Catahoula Leopard Dog with a rare breed feature, a 'glass eye', meaning my blue eye is the lightest of blues of the breed, almost milky blue. Then of course I also have a brown eye! I am very friendly with people and most dogs. I am very affectionate and would love to snuggle at your feet or next to you while you watch TV or take a nice walk with you. I am best as an only dog as I am a food resource guarder with other dogs. I am under treatment for chronic anemia and I take medication for it. I may also need occasional blood tests. I lost my home with my 3 ‘siblings’ when our owner got sick and then sadly passed away after we were boarded at CARL for over a year. I’d love to be in a loving home to make up for lost time.
