Story
This boy was part of a neglect/ hoarding case. He is very friendly… with everything! He likes people, kids, either dogs…..not sure on cats but we’re sure he would do well. He has a wonderful personality, he does not need to be in charge. He does well with other dogs and is good on a leash. He loved everyone at an adoption event, he does not meet a stranger!! He is a super good boy who is ready to finally find a home of his own. He will need housetraining but we think he does have some training already. He listens well, just needs some work on manners. He does jump when excited so beware smaller kids. He would do well with a yard or plenty of exercise. An active family would be best as he does not like to sit still when around people, he’s just too excited and happy. He is ready to find his own energetic family.

Story
Welcome Zeus to CCPAL Foster Program. Zeus is a 18-month old 70 pound Plot Hound/Medium Terrier blend dog. He was abandonded by his owners when they moved and left him at the house they moved from. He was tied up to the porch. Good Samaritans spotted him and were feeding him and giving him water until they realized the owners weren’t coming back. Zeus is now in foster home waiting for his new forever home. He is great on a leash and not leash reactive. He is good in a crate and he likes car rides. He is attentive, smart and potty trained. He is overall a wonderful dog and is not food aggressive or reactive with his bowl. He would make a wonderful outdoor enthusiast a great companion. He would make a perfect man dog. He looks tough but he is not at all how he looks. He would make a great family dog if the man works out of the house. His looks would make the family feel secure even if he loves everyone. He is a lower shedding dog with a nice soft coat. He is healthy, vaccinated and neutered. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas. We can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 400 and transport is 200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states. Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Tammy is a social butterfly who adores everyone and everything. She thrives on romping and playing with her canine pals, especially when outside, and like most puppies she seems to have boundless energy. Tammy has bright eyes and a goofy grin that brings joy wherever she goes. Her perpetually happy demeanor is infectious. Tammy is very smart. She has learned to appreciate her routine and is now a champ in her kennel. Young and social, Tammy would thrive in a home where she can continue to play and interact with other dogs on a regular basis. If you’re looking for a fun-loving companion who’s always ready for an adventure, Tammy could be your perfect match! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Odie Linn is a sweetheart who adores nothing more than curling up on the couch for some quality snuggle time and giving gentle kisses. When she's not cozying up indoors, she loves exploring the outdoors! Recently, she enjoyed a walk, where she impressively stayed calm when she saw cars, dogs, and people—simply sniffing around and on a mission to explore. Odie Linn's original person hit the open road as an over-the-road trucker, so their grandmother joyfully welcomed her into her home. Despite her best efforts, Grandma found it a bit challenging to keep up with Odie's youthful energy.  Due to these changes in her life, Odie Linn is still adjusting to her new surroundings and has shown some unease when being left alone, especially in the car and when in her crate. However, with proper training and patience, we believe she can overcome this and become even more comfortable.   We have learned that Odie Linn knows some basic commands and sits and stays politely and knows “down”.  She is very intelligent. We're still getting to know each other, but it's clear that she's a beautiful little girl with a lot of love to give.  One of the cutest things about Odie Linn is the way she pounces on her tennis ball—it's absolutely adorable!  Are you ready to give Odie Linn the loving home she deserves? Odie Linn is from an Owner Surrender. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application.
