This is Goldie! She is a beautiful shy girl that has been through a lot in her short life and we want her to put her past behind and learn what it's like to be a loved family member. She is young, maybe 1.5 years old and was saved from a hoarder house where 59 dogs were living in filth breeding. She had a litter herself and then was kept in a crate so she wouldn't get pregnant again. She is scared/shy, but very sweet. She would do best in a patient calm home w/another sound balanced dog for her to follow. Probably would love a yard vs having to be walked at first since she's undersocalized. All the dogs from this property have done amazingly well once in a home and able to decompress and feel safe. She was in a temp foster w/kittens, other dogs and kids, but had to move to another foster home where she is now in a kennel in the garage. We really want her in a home learning what it's like to be a loved family member. Goldie is in central Ca, but can be transported for a long term foster home, foster to adopt or adoptive home.

She loves her toys but would be happy to share them with you. She will chase balls as long as you are wiling to toss them. Roxie walks well on a leash and would enjoy taking nice long walks or hikes. She is crate trained and would not mind sharing her home with another dog. Roxie is well behaved and will be a wonderful addition for a family who has time to spend with her.
