Chase is a 4-month-old English Pointer who we recently adopted from a shelter. He is a sweet, loving, and playful puppy who enjoys being around people and getting attention. He is energetic, curious, affectionate, and has a lot of love to give. We are looking for a new home where Chase can receive the time, patience, care, and attention that a young puppy needs. We want him to be somewhere safe and loving, with someone who is prepared to care for him as he continues to grow and develop. Our biggest hope is that Chase finds a family who will love him, be patient with him, and give him the happy life he deserves.

Petra is a sweet and affectionate Pointer mix girl. Around 2 yr 8 months old. We rescued her from the San Antonio shelter. House broken. She loves to play fetch and go on long walks. Great with other dogs and likes to play chase. She is leash trained, but still likes to pull. She knows "Sit" and "Paw". She really needs a home with a large yard for her to run and burn off the high energy. Our home does not have adequate space for her to run, so she has started jumping out of the yard. We do not want her getting injured or causing injuries. We can not make any changes to our fence because we live in a HOA community. (👎)

Ahoy! I'm Smee, and just like my namesake from Peter Pan, I'm on the hunt for my very own Captain Hook... except I'm hoping mine comes with treats, belly rubs, and a forever home! Born in November 2025 and weighing around 70 pounds, I'm a big, goofy puppy with the sweetest heart. People say I look like a little cow—not just because of my adorable black-and-white markings, but because I'm built like one too! My size might be impressive, but I'm really just a gentle giant who wants to be close to my people. If there's one thing you should know about me, it's that I LOVE water. Kiddie pools, stock tanks, puddles—you name it! My favorite pastime is climbing into a water tank, sinking down until I'm completely submerged, and leaving just my eyes above the surface like a little alligator. It's guaranteed to make you laugh. When I'm not making a splash, you'll usually find me carrying around a toy or convincing someone to play a game of tug-of-war. I get along great with other dogs and love having canine friends, but if you ask me what I love most, the answer is easy: people. I'm the definition of a loyal companion. I'll happily rest my big head on your shoulder or in your lap, soaking up all the love you're willing to give. Meet Khonshu Khonshu's story starts with a stroke of luck: he was found wandering the streets, no microchip, wearing two collars but no tags, thin and clearly on his own for too long, politely approaching people for help. Since then, this goofy boy has been soaking up every bit of love and structure he can get, and he's blossomed into an absolute sweetheart. Personality Plus: Khonshu is playful, curious, and endlessly affectionate. He wants to be wherever his people are, leaning in for pets, resting his head on your lap, and greeting you with so much enthusiasm that he sometimes trips over his own feet trying to get to you. He's a little uncoordinated in the most endearing way, and it's clear he just can't contain his joy when he sees his favorite humans or animal friends. He's highly active and loves to play, chasing his dog buddies, learning the ropes of tug-of-war, and happily gnawing on a good squeaky toy. His people make sure to get plenty of playtime in before bed to help him settle for the night. He's also incredibly food motivated, which makes training a breeze, and he's already picking up sit, down, shake, and leash manners faster than expected. He's smarter than he looks! Getting Settled: Khonshu is house trained and still finessing his kennel manners (he'll whine occasionally, but he's largely comfortable in his crate). He does great on a leash and is eager to learn more. Good With ✅ Dogs — plays great with others ✅ Cats — good with dog-friendly cats ❓Kids — likely fine, but he does jump when excited, so younger kids should be supervised 🐕 Small dogs — not yet tested What Makes Him Stand Out: Besides his big heart, Khonshu has the cutest little overbite (which gives him some endearing drool!) and adorable spotted ears. He's curious about everything, a little silly, makes the goofiest noises, and genuinely just wants to be near his people. His Ideal Home: Khonshu is looking for adopters who love an active dog, plenty of walks and playtime needed,but who also want a snuggly companion at the end of the day. He'd do best with a family who can keep up with his energy while continuing his training journey with him. This good boy has already come so far, he just needs the forever home he deserves!
