Story
Lived in a graveyard before he was rescued, was abandoned by his first owner there. He has been with us for a little over a year and now the tempo has picked up in our household and will be that way for quite awhile. We cannot give him the attention he deserves and cant stand to see him not be able to run and play.

Story
Meet Cora!Cora is a 6-year-old sweetheart with the perfect balance of independence and affection. She’s incredibly smart and already knows several commands like sit, stay, come, and crate. She’s eager to please and enjoys having a routine.Cora is equally happy lounging quietly on the floor near her people or relaxing on the couch by your side. but is also totally fine hanging out by herself when needed and would be fine staying home alone while her humans go to work. She is not destructive and settles easily. At night, she sleeps peacefully in her crate in a separate room without a fuss. She is 100% potty trained and hasn’t had a single accident indoors.Cora adores giving kisses, basking in the sun, and playing with plush or squeaky toys. One of her cutest habits is tossing her toy into the air and rolling onto her back with joy.She may bark at new people initially, but with a treat or two, she warms up quickly and shows her loving nature.Cora will thrive best as the only pet in the home.To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. Story
Jack came to us as a stray and was never reclaimed. He is an incredibly sweet boy who can be a little nervous in new environments, but his love for people shines through right away. Jack adores human company—he’ll bark and whine when he sees someone he wants attention from, just hoping you'll come say hello. He walks decently on a leash and does well being crated during kennel cleaning. Jack can be a bit of a door-dasher, so he’ll need someone who can help him learn good manners when gates or doors are open. He hasn’t been officially dog-tested yet, but he doesn’t seem bothered by his doggy neighbors. His behavior around cats and livestock is unknown. Jack has received his DHPP and Bordetella vaccinations. He is microchipped, started dewormer, and is heartworm negative and on prevention. A neuter appointment will be scheduled at the time of adoption. Jack is a sweet, loyal pup looking for someone patient who can help build his confidence and give him the loving home he deserves!
