Stanley is an 8 week old dream kitten. Stanley came to us with a deformed hind leg, due to not enough room in the womb with his siblings. Stanley had therapy and weekly vet visits to stretch his tendons and help his bones form together. Every friday he went to see the vet to get a different cast to reset the direction it grew. HE DID AMAZING!! You would never know now Stanley had any issues his back leg is PURRFECT now!! Stanley needs his sister Stella to exercise and play with to keep his leg in great shape as he grows, so they must be adopted as a pair. This is a big beautiful docile Maine Coon. He was sadly relinquished to the rescue down in Fla when the owners young child’s was extremely allergic. He is fully vetted and has a sweet nature. He will come with his breeze litterbox system. He came up from Florida on April 20th in a diesel motorhome. He is being fostered in Thurmont, Md by the owner of the rescue who is a Vet Tech. He has lived a happy family life but recently a family allergy has made it impossible to stay with them. He's now looking for another home and we are happy to help him. He's a wonderful cat and will enjoy having a family of his own again. Ruffo's adoption fee is $150 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. Billy (DLH Black 7 yrs 2 mths male & Buttercup (DSH 5 yr Brown female Tabby) (bonded), (June 2025) Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application. Billy and Buttercup, what a cool looking pair!, lost their home a few years ago when their owner went to a Nursing Home. They found help from the local Humane Society and had a permanent foster home, or so they thought. Just a couple weeks ago, that foster home said they could no longer care for them and asked for them to be moved to an adoptive home. They are a bonded pair, devoted to each other and are looking for a home together. The cat's adoption fee is $100 EACH, to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption.
