Story
Levi is a sweet 12-year-old Yorkie-Pomeranian mix who has been with our family since he was a puppy. He is loving, gentle, and enjoys spending time with his people. As he has gotten older, Levi has developed dry eye, which affects his vision, and he has a collapsed trachea, a common condition in his breed. He is house-trained, crate-trained, and generally does very well, though he may occasionally have an accident if left out overnight. Levi has been wonderful with our 2-year-old child, but because he can be startled when approached too quickly, he would likely do best with older children or in a calmer home. He is up to date on most vaccinations but cannot receive distemper or parvo vaccines due to severe allergic reactions. This is a very difficult decision, but because of worsening allergies and health issues, I can no longer provide the care he deserves. I am hoping to find a loving home where Levi can spend his senior years happy, comfortable, and well-loved.

Please contact ADOPTION (adopt@doggieharmony.org) for more information about this pet.Poppy was surrendered by breeders as she had become too old for their needs.  The breeder did at some point,  have all her teeth extracted, so now she has permanent tongue out. Despite the lack of respect for her life, she is the absolute sweetest little girl and loves to be held and to sleep on your chest with her head on your neck.   And in true Pomeranian fashion, she can be independent and sometimes aloof.  But always very sweet. She's not fond of a crate, spent too much time in one, but she will settle down in one.  She would just rather always be with her people.  When being crated is about the only time she makes a peep.  She does not want to miss out on what's going on. She is currently with a foster who is working on house-training.  You can imagine, she spent her life outside in a kennel, she never received that training. The reports on her age vary but her vet confirms she is healthy.  Her heart is good and she is full of energy. She would be best with someone retired or who is home most of the time.  She has learned to walk on a leash and likes to go for walks. Age: approx.12 years Weight:  approx. 7 lbs Temperament: Gets along with other dogs, older respectful kids Training: working on house-training and crate acceptance, learning to walk on leash. We are retired disabled couple. we are moving to South Carolina and they do not allow pets. they are such good babies. I would love if they could stay together. Two Pomeranians, both girls we've had them for 3 years since they were born. All shots, have been on flea and tick medication, still have four doses for each dog, dog food, beds, kennel, travel carriers and toys.

Sasha is a loveable, happy pet who loves to sit and relax all day. She uses a doggy door to go outside and do her business. She is also crate trained, but rarely uses her crate. She can go for walks or not. She is pretty easy-going. She was my mother-in-law’s pet until she passed away. She is looking for a sweet home that will love her.

Story
I'm a sweet boy that found myself out on my own and when I came to the county shelter no one came to find me. I was sad until Act2Pups pulled me. Here I am enjoying security and learning that I am safe. I get along with my housemates. My foster mom thinks I'm house trained. I enjoy resting in an open crate. I guess I still need to feel safe so a crate is helpful. My foster mom thinks once I feel fully safe, I'll be a fun loving Pom!
