Meet Zander. This poor, innocent, little boy was brought to our rescue last night by a good samaritan. Bounced around to several different unsuitable situations, this poor little one is a bit scared and confused. Zander once belonged to a homeless person. He was surrendered because he was not allowed to be brought into the homeless shelter. He bounced around to a few homes after that until he landed on his feet with us. He is a sweet, adorable little dog, but needs some patience and love. He can act a tad snarly if you startle him or try to do something that he doesn’t understand. But we see a huge difference already in just one day of stability. He is cute as a button and very friendly if you just go slow with him. We would not recommend any small children because of his insecurities. Zander is approximately three year-old. He is a male Pomeranian. Zander is completely vetted, including heart worm, snap test negative, microchipped, rabies, and distemper vaccinated and neutered. He weighs approximately 7 pounds. Sadie is 6 years old and 13 pounds, she was surrendered by her owners because the owner travels with her job and could not take care of them.  Sadie was found on the streets with her companion Ginger who is also available for adoption.  Their original owner had rehomed them to someone who let them on the streets along with an 11 year old male chihuahua who is also available for adoption. Both have been spayed, heartworm tested negative, vaccinated and rabies and in good health.  They get along with other dogs and love to be loved on. I am posting pictures of them before and after they visited the groomer. If you are interested in adopting Sadie or Ginger please submit an application on the website below.  Thank you. www.roxysk9rescue.org     ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED   Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.  Each dog comes  spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice.  The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption.  They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. We transport across the United States. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.
