Story
Meet Liberty Dream! Some puppies are cute. Some puppies are fluffy. And then there's Liberty Dream, a tiny cloud disguised as a puppy. Liberty Dream is a very young puppy who weighs just 3.5 pounds, and we believe she may be a Pomeranian/Husky mix. While her exact breed blend is a mystery, one thing is certain: this little girl has mastered the art of stealing hearts. With her snowy white coat, fluffy fur, bright eyes, and impossibly adorable face, Liberty looks like she stepped straight out of a storybook. Watch Liberty's video here! https://youtu.be/-24S6FOVENc?si=fsLSWi1UhV_fZJmS This tiny princess is the definition of sweet. She absolutely loves being close to her people and would happily spend her day cuddled in your lap, snuggled beside you on the couch, or being carried around while she takes in the world. She adores attention and never says no to extra pets, kisses, or cuddles. Despite her tiny size, Liberty is curious about the world around her. She's thoughtful when exploring new things, taking her time to investigate before deciding it's safe to dive in. One of her favorite activities is spending time outside, where she enjoys soaking up the sunshine and lounging beneath a tree like the little queen she is. When playtime rolls around, Liberty is all in. She especially loves crinkly toys and can happily entertain herself tossing them around and pouncing on them. And when she's finished playing? It's time to return to her favorite hobby: being adored. Liberty also has the cutest little walk imaginable. Her tiny, itty-bitty steps are enough to make anyone smile, and watching her toddle around is an experience in itself. She's doing well in her kennel, tolerates baths like a champ, and has proven herself to be an easygoing little puppy who simply wants to be loved. If you're looking for a puppy who is equal parts cuddly companion, tiny adventurer, professional sunbather, and living stuffed animal, Liberty Dream may be your perfect match. Be warned: once you meet this fluffy little girl, it's almost impossible not to fall in love. 🤍🐾✨ https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/6a16029785712c6724043e4c Questions? Ziggy came into rescue from a hoarding situation. He does okay with other small and medium dogs but prefers to be the center of attention. He would do best in a home where he is the only dog to be treated like the prince he is meant to be. He has been completely vetted and is house/crate trained. He is fostered near Knoxville, TN but transportation is included in the adoption fee. Transportation is provided by Rescue Riders LLC to a location near you. Please email for adoption application.

Story
Meet Mr. Possum, an older adult (approx. 10 years old) male Pomeranian weighing about 6 lbs!  Mr. Possum is too old to neuter and doesn't have many if any teeth but he is the sweetest boy! Mr. Possum arrived in CT on 6/13. We are accepting applications on him now! His foster said, "Mr. Possum looks at you with pure love and devotion!" Mr. Possum is medically up to date, housebroken, and working on crate training. Apply to meet this special pup today! Click HERE for Adoption Application: pawsrescueleague.org/adopt Adoption fees vary based on the dog and are not negotiable. As a small rescue that does not receive government funding or grants, we rely on adoption fees to stay afloat. Adoption fees help cover the following: vaccinations, wellness exams, heartworm/4DX testing, parasite prevention, spay/neuter (age-appropriate), microchipping, transport expenses, and other rescue-related overhead/administrative costs. Paws Rescue League, Inc is an all-inclusive rescue that does NOT only rescue puppies and young, healthy dogs.  We make a point to also rescue seniors, dogs with special needs, moms, and other “less desirable” dogs, knowing that we will likely incur higher veterinary expenses and that these dogs may take longer to get adopted.  As such, an individual adoption fee is not only reimbursing PRL for expenses directly related to that dog, but it is also helping us to continue our mission of taking in dogs that would otherwise be too much of a financial burden to save. We believe that ALL dogs deserve a second chance. Thank you for your support and understanding! ##2752489##

Ekko & Mimi's Story Ekko (black and tan, male, 15 lbs) and Mimi (tan & white, female, 11 lbs) are an adorable bonded pair looking for a home where they can stay together forever! These sweet pups are house trained, crate trained, and have an easygoing, medium energy level that makes them a great fit for many different homes. They absolutely love people and enjoy playing with kids of all ages. Friendly and social, they are not fearful or reactive and have wonderfully happy personalities. Their favorite pastime is romping around the backyard together and playing with their small stuffed toys before settling in for some relaxation time. Ekko and Mimi are easy to walk on leash and could do well in an apartment or home environment as long as they get their daily exercise and playtime. They’re relatively quiet overall, though they may bark a little when they see activity outside the fence — but once outside, they are calm and content explorers. Like many playful dogs, they do enjoy chasing cats, so a cat-free home would be best for this duo. If you’re looking for two loving companions who already adore each other and are ready to bring double the joy into your life, Ekko and Mimi may be the perfect match! Ekko and Mimi are both about 8-10 yrs old. They are currently being fostered in Houston, TX and are available locally or out of state to the Northeast. If adopted out of state, they would come to their new home via professional transport. Email info@joyrides.org to request an application!
