Sadie is 6 years old and 13 pounds, she was surrendered by her owners because the owner travels with her job and could not take care of them.  Sadie was found on the streets with her companion Ginger who is also available for adoption.  Their original owner had rehomed them to someone who let them on the streets along with an 11 year old male chihuahua who is also available for adoption. Both have been spayed, heartworm tested negative, vaccinated and rabies and in good health.  They get along with other dogs and love to be loved on. I am posting pictures of them before and after they visited the groomer. This is Daphne! She is a 10 year old Pomeranian/Pekingese mix and weighs 9lbs (maybe with some Chihuahua peppered in there!). This sweet, gentle soul was found as a stray in the middle of a busy intersection, lost and confused. Daphne just wants to be with her people and will thank you with sweet kisses. All she wants is to be held and loved upon - if you are looking for a velcro dog that worships you like the sun, you found her! Daphne is an amazing walker and will go, go, go as long as you want to walk - 1-2 miles or more, no problem! She doesn't require this as she is a lower energy gal, but is so happy to march along with her person. Then she loves to cuddle and chill! Daphne is dog friendly and would not mind a gentle canine housemate (she is not looking for a rough housing playmate, just a roomie friend, or would be happy as the only spoiled pup as well). If there are problems with the website, please email me for help. MAX is a neutered male, approximately 6 ½ yrs old. He weighs 20#. (See below for his DNA Test.) We have had him professionally groomed to show off his beautiful tail. We had him shaved some which helps him keep clean. He’s a very sweet dog but he has gone through a major life event...the owner had to surrender him due to their loss of housing. Max took the adjustment hard but he has pulled through and now shows himself to be a wonderful affectionate dog. He is active and happy yet shy and submissive. He was not exposed to much of the outside world… like walking into the store or going to the park. Max gets along great with the other dogs. He asks to go outside and demands to come back in...scratching at the door. I see a lot of future for him with a loving person or couple that would like some company on an evening walk and fun with a picnic lunch. He is food motivated. Max likes being on the couch or in bed with his person. Max frequently comes up asking for love. He is house trained and most of the time he leaves my cats alone. I did catch him playing with one of my cats... they were both face-to-face and with one paw each swinging at each other. I wish I could have gotten that in a video. Max is also easy on the leash. I would NOT put him with young children… “adult-like” children would be fine. He is basically fairly quiet and would do well in an apartment. This guy was left behind at an apartment complex when his owners moved out and I cannot make any sense of why they did not take him because I have not had any trouble out of him.  He is quiet, crate and potty trained and walks well on a leash.  There is no aggression in him anywhere, he shares his food bowl and his toys with the other dogs. He lives to cuddle with you and at 10 pounds he is easy to pick up and he will not grow any bigger.  You can take him everywhere and expect a well-mannered gentleman at all times.
