Update -The only thing Clark enjoys more than playing in the leaves.... is snow!!! The cold has not slowed him down one bit! Clark still loves going for walks and romping in the backyard even with all this white fluffy stuff. He's even been seen making some 'dog angels' out in the snow. This spunky, sassy little Pomeranian–Chihuahua mix is equal parts cutie pie and bossy pants. Clark knows what he wants and isn’t shy about letting you know with his voice and body language. He takes time to warm up to new people, but once he trusts you, he can be a sweet cuddle buddy. Clark is housetrained and enjoys strutting proudly on leash. He is an active little guy and will need daily walks. Clark is GREAT in the car and loves going for rides whether it is for short errands or long trips! He loves playing with squeaky toys too!Clark currently is being fostered in a home with several dogs and does just fine after introductions. He can be a bit reactive (barky and bossy) when meeting new dogs but once introduced and comfortable he is just fine and will even race and chase with them in the yard if they want to play. Hi there (: My name is Moonie and I just recently arrived at my foster parent’s house. I’m a handsome black/white Pom-Husky or Pom-Collie mix… who knows! Either way I’m a 17lb bundle of joy and ready to go to my forever home! I love to play chase with my 17 lb foster sister… I’m a little leary of her big 85 lb brother. My foster mom/dad don’t know if that’s because he is so much bigger than me or because he is another boy dog. I like to play and come up for pets from my foster mom and I love to chew on bones/hooves/toys. I’m a little more cautious of my dad who I recently met and will go to my crate when I get nervous. My crate is my safe space and I do great sleeping in there overnight and hanging out during the day. Location: Sartell, MN Hi! My name is Golden Finch, my foster family calls me Finny. I live with kids, dogs and a cat. I love everyone! I REALLY love my foster brother Cass. Most days I just follow him or mom around the house. My mom thinks if there was a dog in my forever home that would be great. I have learned so much from the other dogs in the house and having them around makes new things a little less scary. I have also met Adam the cat. I try to play with him, he typically runs away. My mom says he is just not “dog savy”. I think that means he doesn’t like dogs much. I do LOVE to snuggle. My kids are always “squish kissing”😚 me. It is the best, it is when they hold me both give me kisses at the same time. I am still a little shy around new things and people. I am quiet in my crate. Gale’s idea of a perfect day is snuggling up on the couch to watch some movies and take a long nap! Gale also is an expert fetch player and would love a home with some friends to play with. She is not picky and would love friends with paws or human feet to sniff. Gale is about 95% potty trained and as long as she is in a consistent schedule she does great! She also is 100% kennel trained and sleeps all night with no issues. Yes, his name is Splinter. Like.. the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' wise sensei and father. Does he not look exactly like the character?!Splinter may be categorized as a senior at 10-ish years old, but he is as young at heart as those wily teenagers! He loves to play tug o' war with toys, going on walks, and constantly rolling over for belly rubs. (He does also enjoy many naps throughout the day - a jack of all trades, really.)He is hilariously vocal and will grumble or bark when he thinks you should be giving him all your attention. Splinter is also an excellent security system, so a home without shared walls (no apartments/townhomes) will be required. This 9-pound little dude currently lives with small dogs his size. He does well coexisting, but will also play if given the chance! His tail goes about a million miles per hour when excited! Big dogs are not part of the Splinter club, though.Splinter has met a couple of cats briefly and is willing to meet any resident cats to ensure all is well. This guy isn't a big fan of a lot of ruckus (unless he causes it), and he likes to ensure everyone knows when the food is his, not appreciating interference. Therefore, an older teen or a kid-free home would be best for him. His humans will need to advocate for people to meet him on his own terms. Once Splinter has surveyed the situation, he warms up for pets!Splinter knows to do his business outside and welcomes the treat he gets for doing so! He would prefer someone who is home more often, as he loves his humans - seriously, you will never be in the bathroom alone again, whether you want to be or not.
