Story
Otto is a 3-year-old Pomeranian we have had since puppyhood. He is very affectionate, loves cuddling, and bonds deeply with his people in calm, predictable environments.Over the past 2 years, Otto has struggled with significant anxiety and reactivity despite professional training, behavioral medication, and extensive management. He has a bite history involving both adults and children in the home, initially around food/resource guarding and more recently in situations involving resting, handling, startle responses, and overstimulation. Most bites have caused bruising or marks rather than severe injury, but his triggers have become less predictable over time.Otto needs an adult-only home with experienced owners who understand anxious/reactive dogs and can provide a calm, structured, low-stimulation environment where he can feel safe and secure. Thank you for your consideration!

Story
I inherited sweet Milo when my parents passed. I can no longer provide a home for him as I must move and can't take him with me. He's a great traveler and companion. Note that he does have medical issues (heart murmur, collapsing trachea), but with medication, they are easily managed.

Story
Milo is a lively and playful 9-yo white and sable Pomeranian who would be ideal for a single person, couple, or family with older children. I adopted him in 2020 when my parents passed. We've been on many road trips, a 6 month trip to Kenya, and multiple moves. He's a great little travel companion, and at only 11 pounds, he's portable! I think he'd be happier and live longer in a more stable environment.Like most Poms, Milo is always on security detail, keeping you safe. He's always been an only dog, but might enjoy a sibling. He has many canine friends and loves walks. If you have a yard, even better! He loves to be outdoors, surveying his domain. He will follow you everywhere when you are near. He's very loyal and fun to hang out with.Milo has some health conditions: a heart murmur and collapsing trachea. He is stable, but will need daily medication. The optional adoption fee includes medication, leashes, treats, carriers, beds, etc. I can lower the fee under the right circumstances.
