Story
Helloooo from the clouds! My name is Leo, and I'm the goofiest, happiest pal to a future lucky human. I'm the most stereotypical Pomeranian in every way except size. I'm intelligent, energetic, sassy, and an armful of dog. I love all the joys that life has to offer - walks, car rides, hikes, long naps, off leash adventures with a pack, bike rides (I ride in a backpack!), obedience and trick training, camping, playing with all my dogs friends, and much more!Like the average Pom, I can be pretty nervous at first and need someone patient who will let me warm up at my own pace. I don't like when strangers reach their hands straight at me without letting me get to know them first. I'm not a fan of young kids that are inexperienced with dogs and need either an adult only home or a home with chill older kids. I tend to bark at kids, cats, squirrels, and some dogs on leash when outside. I respond really well to positive reinforcement training and hope to continue that to decrease my stress and reactions. My general anxiety also means that alone time stresses me out and would need someone who is understanding of separation anxiety. I'm not super clingy when you're home, but I can only handle about 4 hours of alone time during the day and even less later at night. I've come a long way with training and medication, but minimal alone time is still a must. I'm not destructive or harmful to myself, but I do bark during separation anxiety episodes. It might be hard for me to live with shared walls.I would LOVE to have at least one other dog at home. In fact, I probably need a dog buddy. This could significantly decrease my anxiety both when alone and throughout the day. Playing with dogs is my favorite thing ever. I board with a group of dogs and go on pack adventures regularly, and the people taking care of me say I'm at my most relaxed and easy going when surrounded by other dogs. A major plus would be a fenced yard for me to play with my dog siblings all day.In the right home environment, I will be the most loyal, snuggly friend for life. Patience and enrichment is a must, but it will be so rewarded.I'm in a foster home, so please fill out an application at animalaidpdx.org to meet me!Est. DOB: 1/9/2024 Weight: 14lb

Story
Buster may be tiny, but he has enough personality to fill a whole house. Left behind when his owner moved out of state, Buster came to rescue with his mom and two other dogs. Thankfully, that chapter of his life is over, and now he's ready for a family that will never leave him behind. At just 4 months old, this adorable Pomeranian mix is the happiest, spunkiest little guy you'll ever meet. He likes to put on a tough act by barking at strangers, but don't let that fool you. Within seconds he's running over to cover them in kisses and make a new friend. Buster loves to cuddle, sleep with his people, and be wherever the action is. He gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and is also great with cats, making him an easy fit for almost any home. Everywhere he goes, he brings laughter, affection, and endless tail wags. Good fit: someone looking for a happy, affectionate puppy who loves everyone and wants to be part of the family. Adoption process: All adoptions are completed prior to transport. Dogs are picked up at designated transport locations. If an adoption doesn’t work out (rare, but life happens), we always take our dogs back. Location: Oklahoma (available to approved out-of-state adopters via transport) Health: Fully vetted (neutered/spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested) Adoption fee: $550 (includes transport + vetting) Bonus: Each adoption includes a 30-minute phone consultation with a professional trainer Transport routes: WA, OR, ID, MT, UT, WY, CO, MN, WI, IA, IL, IN, OH, PA, MD, NY, NJ Think you might be a good fit? Cooper is just the cutest little guy but also a bit of a Diva and likes a lot attention, at only 7 months old he still needs some training and it would be best if someone is home most of the time. He has been doing well with another small female dog in his foster home. He has a lot of energy and therefore we think it would be best to find him a home where the people are 65 or younger. If you’re interested in adopting him please give us a call. 360 2580702 🔥💕🔥💕🔥💕🔥💕ADOPTION PENDING

Story
Meet Squeaky, Buggy & Tubby! ❤️ Three little Pomeranians, three very different personalities, and one very special bond! Meet Squeaky, Buggy, and Tubby, an adorable trio who have spent the last few years relying on each other and are now hoping to find a loving home where they can finally enjoy the life they deserve, together! After their owner went into hospice care, these three little dogs found themselves living on their own for the past two years, with people stopping by to feed them, let them outside, and check in on them. While their basic needs were being met, they've been missing something every dog deserves: a family to love them, a warm lap to curl up on, and the comfort of knowing someone is always there for them. Through it all, they've had each other, and now we're hoping to find a family who will open their hearts and home to all three! Squeaky is a handsome 5-year-old, 8-pound white Pomeranian boy who is full of personality! He's outgoing, friendly, and more than happy to jump right into your lap for some love and attention. This little guy is ready to make up for lost time with plenty of cuddles and playtime! Buggy is a beautiful 5-year-old, 9-pound black-and-white Pomeranian girl who is just as sweet and outgoing as Squeaky! She loves people, enjoys playing, and certainly isn't shy about hopping into your lap to soak up some affection. She's a happy little girl with so much love to give! Tubby is the oldest of the trio at 8 years old and 10 pounds, with an adorable tan coat and a heart that just needs a little extra time to open up. Unlike his outgoing companions, Tubby is much more reserved and is currently quite frightened of people. After spending so much time without consistent human companionship, he's still learning that people can be a source of comfort and love. He will need a patient, understanding family who will allow him to build trust at his own pace, without pressure or expectations. We believe that with time, consistency, and plenty of kindness, Tubby can begin to feel safe in his new home. These three would do best in a calm, adult-only home where they can settle into a consistent routine and receive the love and attention they've been missing. They would also do well with other small dogs. Their compatibility with cats is currently unknown, but as they continue to settle in and become more comfortable, we plan to test how they do with feline friends. Most importantly, Squeaky, Buggy, and Tubby must be adopted together. After everything they've been through, we want them to continue having the comfort and companionship of one another as they begin their next chapter. Adopting three dogs at once is certainly a big commitment, but it's also an opportunity to give three deserving little souls something they've been missing for far too long: a real home and a family of their very own. Squeaky and Buggy are ready to jump into your lap and steal your heart, while Tubby may need a little more time before he's ready to do the same. But each of them deserves the chance to experience the love, security, and happiness that comes with being part of a family. Three little dogs, one big love story, and hopefully one very special family willing to give them their happily ever after. ❤️ Squeaky, Buggy, and Tubby's combined adoption fee is $495. Squeaky and Tubby are neutered, Buggy is spayed, and all three are vaccinated and microchipped. Apply to meet Squeaky, Buggy & Tubby today!
