Story
Pippin is a sweet, funny, very affectionate and tiny 2-year-old pom/chihuahua mix. He loves fetch, tug, and belly rubs. He pirouettes for treats, does a killer panda impersonation (eats leaves), and bonds hard to his person.He comes with drawbacks too, which is why I'm looking to rehome. He's leash reactive (barks and lunges at dogs), gets anxious when left alone, is nervous in the car and at the vet, and is easily wound up by outside noises.He'd thrive with someone home much of the day, in a calm home, who's committed to patient, positive-reinforcement training. A secure yard is a big plus. Best as an only dog for now.He's bonded with me, so I'd like a gradual transition: visits, then a few overnights before he moves in. 7yr old tan M/N shepherd mix Foster notes: Noble is a sensitive guy and he seems to be more comfortable around women than men for now.  He loves being near his person & follows me all day around the house.  He may resource guard his bed.  He bit my husband the first week we had him when he tried to pet him when he was on his bed.  I have since kept him apart from my husband and he has not shown any signs of aggression for a while and he has even wagged his tail at my husband.  I would still err on the side of caution with new people and men with his bed.  Any iffy situation I have him leashed and muzzled or on the other side of a baby gate.  When people come over or in crowded places I let him wear a comfortable muzzle.  It makes me more comfortable and it keeps him out of trouble.  He has walked in very crowded places in close quarters wearing a muzzle and has not shown any signs of aggression.  I feel that if there is any aggression it could be territorial or fearful aggression because I have only seen him do it at home.  I don’t know how he is around children but I think it would be a safer bet to say no kids.  He is potty trained.  He is good with other dogs with a proper introduction.  I have two pit bulls and a chihuahua and he hangs out with them all day long.  He is obsessed with playing fetch.  He will drop the ball in front of you while you are cooking dinner.  Once he thinks you are his person, you could not find a more loyal and loving campanion.  He has decompressed a lot in the short time he has lived with me and he will  be even better with time in a loving and patient home.  His ideal owner would be someone who is willing to take it slow with him and let him open up on his own terms, someone with a lot of dog experience, who is home a lot, a woman.  Also he came to me with itchy skin and I have been giving him fresh food and it has cleared everything up.  So a dream home would provide that for him too otherwise I think he might have allergies. Also Noble is very athletic.  If someone wants a jogging partner, he would be up for it. ##2632401##

BEST WAY TO INQUIRE, EMAIL Adoptions@BAMMRESCUEPDX.ORG Dozer is a 4 yr old M/N blk/brn German Shepherd Dozer was great in playgroup! He was very neutral and happy to coexist with the other dogs. His focus was mostly on his handler and on wanting attention from him. He is very sweet and really just wants a person to be close The fact that Dozer loves people so much makes his story even more heartbreaking. Dozer and his non-biological Cane Corso brother Rover  were abandoned on a property after their owners moved out of their home. They told the neighbors they were coming back for them but never did. A neighbor fed them for a while but eventually the boys were trapped and brought in.  ##2715742##
