Story
Our Solo dog is the best! He loves people and other dogs and is GREAT with kids. We recently moved across the country and have found that, in addition to raising 3 very young kids, we are struggling emotionally and financially to give him the attention he deserves. He just turned 7 years old last week. LOVES to explore on walks, sits kindly on the bus, says hello to other dogs and sleeps a lot 😄He would be an amazing companion dog for anyone who loves to snuggle, as he is a living stuffed animal 😄

Story
Hades is a chill, smart and loving dog. Highly trainable, and polite on a leash, he catches on quite quickly to instructions and loves his structure. He enjoys a typical day playing and socializing, having a blast on his multiple daily walks, and cuddling up at night on the couch. He is a homebody at night, and oh boy he loves his outings during the day. Hades loves to run! His foster sibling can attest to the fact that he is comfortable with other dogs and would make a fantastic doggy sibling. He has also done well with his feline foster sibling! Hades is not particularly fond of toys or bones, but he sure loves his food! He must have some awesome doggy dreams because he sleeps like an angel. He thrives with patient, caring people who are comfortable going slow with his physical space. Hades will be the happiest dog in a home that can provide patience, continued socialization and training, and lots of exercise with plenty of love thrown in. Could you be that family? Apply to adopt Hades today! (SG)

Story
Loki is a 5-year-old, 112-pound Husky mix who is best described as a big, doofy teddy bear. After his owner passed away in March 2025, Loki came to Rocket Dog through no fault of his own and is now ready to find another loving home. Loki is currently being fostered with Quinn, and the two have become wonderful companions. While they enjoy each other's company and have been living together in foster care for over a year, they are not considered a bonded pair and can be adopted separately. That said, we'd love to see them find a home together if the right family comes along. In his foster home, Loki lives with a large pack of dogs and gets along with everyone. He's a true social butterfly who wants to be friends with both dogs and people alike. Loki is a calm, easygoing boy who enjoys lounging around the house but is always happy to head out for a good walk. He loves spending time outdoors, enjoys car rides, and is especially happy with his head out the window taking in all the sights and smells. Whether you're relaxing at home or heading out on an adventure, Loki is ready to be your loyal sidekick. Loki is quiet, house-trained, and walks well on leash, though his size means he'll do best with a confident handler. True to his Husky roots, he can't resist letting out a signature howl whenever an ambulance passes by! If you're looking for a gentle giant with a fun-loving personality—and maybe even have room for two wonderful dogs—Loki would love to meet you. Fill out a questionnaire and a volunteer will be in touch.

Story
Quinn is a 4-year-old, 65-pound Husky mix with a gentle, easygoing nature. She first came to Rocket Dog in 2022 with her mom and several littermates. After finding a loving home, Quinn's world was turned upside down when her adopter passed away, and she returned to Rocket Dog in March 2025 through no fault of her own. Quinn is currently being fostered with Loki, and the two have become wonderful companions. While they enjoy each other's company and have been living together in foster care for over a year, they are not considered a bonded pair and can be adopted separately. That said, we'd love to see them find a home together if the right family comes along. Quinn is a calm, relaxed girl who loves spending her days lounging indoors and catching up on her beauty sleep. She also loves being outdoors, whether she's enjoying a peaceful nature walk or simply relaxing outside and taking in the fresh air. She currently lives with a large pack of dogs in her foster home and gets along well with dogs of all sizes. Quinn is house-trained, walks nicely on leash, and has wonderful manners around the home.
