Siberian Husky Age: 5 years old Female, spayed 40 lbs Adoption Fee: $125 (includes spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinations) Luna was surrendered to the Hayward Shelter by her previous owners. Here is what her current foster home says about her: Ms Luna Skye is a blond and tan blue-eyed beauty. If you still believe in love at first sight, Ms Lulu (as she prefers to be called) could be that special someone you need in your life! She’d be equally excited cuddling up with you on the couch for a Netflix marathon, as she would be doing Saturday morning hike and brunch, as long as she is hanging with her favorite person. Ms Lulu may be petite for her kind, but she definitely has a big personality to make up for it. This sassy girl will not hesitate to provide direct feedback if you’re not making your daily head-scratch quota. In return for your love, she will ensure that you’re never short of hugs and cuddles, and your backyard will always be well-secured from squirrels. Like any sophisticated girl, she can be a little picky about what she eats, but she’ll put up with everyday kibble if you throw in some chicken/turkey/beef (a little extra something for your special girl). Ms Lulu is toilet-trained, but is still working on her leash skills. She also loves sunbathing, whether outdoors in the backyard, or indoors by the window. Ms Lulu could be your one and only soul mate, but she’ll also do well with equally chill pups who are happy to just co-exist. “Find a girl that looks at you like that…” they say.
