I’m Lucy Lu! Who are you?! Well, I’m the sweetest, most playful girl around. I’ll run zoooomies around your heart if you’ll just let me. Originally adopted as a puppy back in 2021, I was sadly returned due to some unforeseen circumstances in my parents’ lives. But despite needing to find a new home, I’m the best dog ever! I love going on walks, playing fetch and showing off my best tricks for Milk Bones. At the end of the day, my favorite thing to do is cuddle up with my loved ones and watch movies. I am great with kids and other dogs, so I should make an easy adjustment to just about any family home. And not to mention, I have the best house manners! My breed is a bit of a mystery, but SNIPSA thinks I’m some kind of Boston Terrier mix. If you want a canine companion that is social, friendly and a little on the silly side, please consider giving me a second chance. I’ll happily take on the role of your new best friend.

As you now know, my name is Bones. As a Bulldog who was recently given a second chance at a better life, I am so grateful for the rescue experience thus far. The terrific toys and tasty treats are just a bonus to all the snuggles and belly rubs I’ve been offered. Bulldogs are known for our docile, friendly and gregarious nature. It’s true that I’ve never met a stranger in my life and I’m eager to make new friends wherever I go. So far, I’ve been a gentle boy with every dog I’ve come across (whether they like me or not). Cats are interesting too, but I’m not quite sure what to make of them yet - especially since the one in the office likes to smack my head all the time. I’ve already mastered a few basic manners, for instance my sit is P-E-R-F-E-C-T!!! I’ll also do anything and I mean anything for a snack…potatoes and bacon pieces are my favorite.
