My name is Gabriel and if you're in search of a handsome lil fella, well, shoot...look no further. I am right around 6 months old and very sweet and playful. That typical puppy that just loves living life. Exploring this big ole world and playing are 2 of my favoritest things with snuggles and eating coming in a close 2nd. I will need to have continued house training. I'm almost there but still need a little more training. I'm a pretty smart lil cookie (it must be so cuz my foster mom tells all the time) and should have the hang of it in no time at all. I come in at around 14lb and shouldn't get a whole lot bigger at my adult weight. But don't you worry none, I'll be the perfect size for giving you all my love and cuddles. And it's also the perfect size for, yep...everything! From neighborhood strolls to some nature trails!! My short coat is going to easy peasy in the grooming department and that means lots of extra time in the 'spoil me rotten' department. Oh my, what could be better?!! Welcome Stevie to CCPAL Rescue. He is a 16- month old Pughuahua is our best guess. He is a small dog at 15 pounds. He has a great appetite and isn’t picky on his food. He currently eats in his crate. He is very puppylike and playful. He loves the small dog tennis balls. He likes all toys and will take the fluff out of them if he can. He is good in a crate and currently best friends with a small female playful dog in his foster home. He likes to run and play. He is crate trained and, on a schedule, will do all business outside. He is learning the doggy door. He does respond to the word “no” and stops what he is doing when you say it. He is good in a car and now good on a leash. He is friendly with dogs after he meets them. He would prefer a family of small dogs or no dogs would also be fine. When he goes outside to do his business, he does like his family to stay out there while he does his business. He will not go in his crate and will bark when he needs to go while in his crate. He was found as a stray on the streets of San Antonio. He was picked up by a good Samaritan after her day’s work. She saw him before work and after work he was still there so she took him home. He is now in a CCPAL foster home getting his training so he will be ready for his new forever home. He is not a big shedding dog, has an adorable underbite and a very cute curly tail. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally. We can also work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Caost. His adoption fee is 400 and transport is 200. Oreo, a delicious treat good any time of the day, hey hey, that's me! Just twist, lick and dunk along with me for a feel good moment anytime of the day! I have a cookie named just for me...well I haven't been around since 1912 so I guess I was named after the cookie. Either way, we're both sweet but get this, you won't have any guilt indulging in this Oreo!!! I'm only around 10months old and came in with a broken leg. We got me all fixed up and I can now run and jump and chase the other foster pups around!! I will hold that leg up every once in awhile but then I'm off on my next adventure using that leg just fine. I come in at the top end of the small category of 25lbs. I shouldn't get much bigger(taller) but may but on a few filling-out pounds. I'm a great size for any and all your action adventures but also a great size for being your BFF. I'm pretty quiet, have a super sweet disposition and get along great with other dogs. I could learn to tolerate a cat but it would probably be best if my home was cat free. I'm house and crate trained and let me tell you, that's a fantastic bonus for my new family. I also do well on the leash and love going for my daily walks! Do you need a BFF? A constant in your life? A lil cohort up for any crime you want to try? Hey, look no further, I'm just the gal you're looking for!!!!!

Duke is a beautiful dog and loves attention . He has to be indoors due to his breed that needs to be cared for w air conditioning and heat. He has bursted of energy to play fetch or say hello to friends who visit but quickly needs a rest. He is 5 years old and has played w our grandchildren and one small Pomeranian dog. He will protect your house and family and loves chasing squirrels and cats away on the deck . He quickly begins to get tired and needs to be brought back indoors to rest and recoup. He would be perfect for a retired couple . Doesn’t do well with walks as he tires easily and can’t breath in the elements as well . We have health issues and our son has leukemia and needs special care now . We must unfortunately find him home asap.
