Story
Walter is an incredibly sweet boy. He lived his first four years of life with a breeder and had little love and affection. Walter is looking for a family that will help him learn how to be a dog. He is very shy but is learning new things every day. He lets his foster mom hug him, learned to go up the stairs, crates well, and so far has only pottied outside. He does well the other dogs in the house and has no known cat exposure but can`t see that they would be an issue.

Story
Millie is a small dog with a huge capacity for love and affection! She made a seamless transition into her foster home, surprising them with her enthusiasm for meeting new people. Millie spent the first 4 years of her life with a breeder and appears to have not had a wide variety of experiences. She is timid and nervous when meeting new dogs and going for car rides but she seems confident exploring homes and backyards and interacting (and cuddling) with people of all ages. She is totally unfazed by the small humans in her foster home who hug her and use her as a pillow. She loves food, is calm in a crate, and has not had any accidents indoors. She is happiest with a fluffy dog bed positioned close to wherever the action is. She is also content when placed in laps or on furniture, but she does not climb/jump up on her own.

Story
Penny is an adorable 6-month-old Pug/Boston Terrier mix with a sweet disposition and a heart full of love. Her gentle nature makes her a joy to be around, and she’s already housebroken, which is a big plus for any home. Penny thrives on human connection and gets along wonderfully with other dogs and people. While she hasn’t been tested with cats yet, her calm demeanor suggests she could adjust well.Penny’s favorite things include giving affectionate kisses and snuggling up for some downtime, making her the perfect companion for someone looking for a laid-back yet playful pup. She enjoys bursts of energy during playtime but is just as happy lounging by your side. Penny’s loving personality and easygoing charm make her an ideal addition to any home seeking a friendly, well-mannered dog.

Story
Hi I am Jake! My foster mom says that I love my stuffed toys and like to shake them around and play tug of war with them. I am crate trained and know the command "sit." My foster mom says that I am potty trained as long as I am contained in a smaller area rather than having run of the whole house. I still tend to try and mark if not supervised. I do have glaucoma which requires me to get an eye drop in each eye twice a day for the rest of my life. My foster mom says that I will do best in a home with small dogs. My foster mom says that I need supervision when in the yard. I do not like being left out by myself to go potty and I will let you know! A/C is my friend so believe me, I am an indoor loving dog! I hope to find my very own family very soon. To start the adoption process, email us at happilyeverafter4dogs@yahoo.com requesting an application. This does not commit you in any way, but helps us make the best match between people and our available dogs. DOB:03/16/18 Adoption Fee: $250.00 (Includes microchip registration). All of our dogs are required to be INSIDE PETS ONLY. Our adoption process includes an application, check of vet records, interview, neutral site meet & greet with the dog and your family, home visit, and 5 day sleepover.
