Pumpkin arrives in Wisconsin on July 12th. Pumpkin is the sweetest pug in the patch! This adorable pug is about 9.5 years old. She has experience living with other dogs in her foster home. She would love to find an adopter who has experience with the pug breed due to their unique personalities and health needs. Interested in adoption? The first step is an application at paddyspaws.blogspot.com. Please do not apply if pets in the home are not up to date per our website requirements or are not altered. Our rescue adopts to Wisconsin and Illinois. Our requirements for Illinois applications are: excellent vet history, no children under 7 in the home, and an owned home. Wisconsin does not have these requirements, though we will not consider applications where pets are missing core veterinary care. Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and once approved a meet and greet with the dog. Adoption fee is $250. Transport is an additional $185 A few key notes about our Rescue… 1. All of our pets start their journey in Memphis Tennessee. 2. No monies exchange hands until the pet has arrived 3. Once adopted, our pets can be transported to Denver, Colorado, the Midwest and all of the north eastern states. 4. We have a Facebook page and an Instagram page. You are welcome to visit to see some of our newly adoptive families. 5. We have been rescuing and transporting pets for 15 years. 6. Our pets do not travel until they have been adopted. We do not have holding facilities in other parts of the United States for meet and greet purposes.
