Ary is 7 years old. She is very friendly to people as well as other dogs. We got her from petsmart when she was 2 months old. We hope she find a better home since we get so busy and dont have time to take her to dog parks or walks anymore.

Ary just turns 7 this Feb. We got her from a Petstore when she was 2 months old and she has been with us since then. Ary is energetic, friendly, and fun. She loves to go on a walk, or go to dogpark. Our schedule has gotten so busy, and we travel a lot. She hasnt got the attention and time she deserves so we decided to find her a better owner.

Ernie is officially available for adoption! -10yo, long haired chihuahua & 13lbs -Neutered, vax’d, chipped & hw neg -Dog, cat and people friendly -Crate and potty trained -Tripod -Sweet, loving boy -Very low energy Ernie was found as a stray in Seagoville along with his brother Bert and brought to the shelter. Ernie was chipped, but owners hung up when the shelter contacted them. Unfortunately, we realized soon after picking them up that Bert was hospice and did not have very long. Ernie has adapted well since loosing Bert. Ernie would do well in a home with other dogs, but equally happy as an only dog. He would be great for a senior (the rescue has a senior program too)! He got a dental, benign masses removed and his leg amputated and has adjusted very well! Ernie is a true couch potato & loves sleeping and lounging the entire day! A Chihuahua male that is 2 years old and under 10 Lbs was found stray on 06/20/26. He was found off of Whimbley in Rockwall. We have reached out to the owners but were unable to get ahold of them directly. If you recognize this pet and know how to get in touch with the owners, please give the Rockwall shelter a call at 972-771-7750 ext 2. He is currently on stray hold for the next 7 days to allow his owners to claim him. He is not available for adoption or meet and greets while on stray hold.  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. For questions, please call 972-771-7750 ext. 2 or email info@RockwallAdoptions.com. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. Juliet is 12 years old. Has been an inside dog her whole life. She is loving and will follow you around. She has lived with another dog for 9 years. She has not had issues with other pets, but she is not comfortable around children. There are two small children in our home.
