With her wagging tail and a heart full of love, Cookie is always ready to brighten up your day. Cookie is friendly with everyone she meets. Her friendly and easygoing nature makes her the perfect companion for everyone in the family. Cookie doesn't live with other dogs, and she will do best as an only dog or with an older laid-back dog. Cookie needs a low activity home. She won't be a good candidate for athletic activities, but she is an excellent snuggle buddy. She is housetrained, crate trained and loves to learn new tricks. Sammy is a 5 year old, 37 lb Pug mix. Because she is larger than a Pug and has a gorgeous brindle coat, we are guessing she is mixed with a Boxer. She is a sweetheart of a dog! She is a laid-back and thrives on relaxation and companionship. She is incredibly affectionate and enjoys being held or petted. She loves to hop up on the couch so she can snuggle up to you while you are watching TV. Sammy gets along with other dogs, but she can easily be an only dog, as long as she gets lots of attention. She is fine with cats too and only shows a calm curiosity towards them. She sleeps through the night in her crate, and is working very hard to be 100% potty trained. Sammy enjoys leisurely walks where she is given the opportunity to explore and sniff interesting scents along the way. She will not do well in a home where her people are gone for long periods of time. She has had puppies in the recent past, and she is overweight, so a nutritious diet is a must. Sammy is past her playful stage and has no interest in toys or chasing a ball, but she will make a loving and loyal companion for the right adopter.
