Lola is living in a foster home in Lake Mills, Wisconsin. Lola lives with 2 other dogs and does great! She is housetrained, good with other dogs, and would like a relaxed home after being surrendered due to not enough time for her in the home after a job change. We look forward to sharing more about her as she settles into her foster home! Interested in adoption? The first step is an application at paddyspaws.blogspot.com. Please do not apply if pets in the home are not up to date per our website requirements or are not altered. Our rescue adopts to Wisconsin and Illinois. Our requirements for Illinois applications are: excellent vet history, no children under 7 in the home, and an owned home. Wisconsin does not have these requirements, though we will not consider applications where pets are missing core veterinary care. Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and once approved a meet and greet with the dog. Adoption fee is $250. Meet Our Boston Terrier Crew! Six adorable Boston Terriers recently joined our rescue after being saved from a breeder who no longer wanted to care for them when they didnt sell. Thankfully, our team stepped in to give them the safety and love they deserved. Now, these sweet pups are thriving in foster homes and ready to start the next chapter of their lives as cherished family members! Though their beginnings werent easy, these Bostons are blossoming every day. Theyre playful, affectionate, and soaking up all the attention they can get. They love toys, belly rubs, and hanging close to their people. As with all rescue dogs, theyll need patient adopters who can give them time to adjust and show them what it means to be truly loved. A Few Important Notes: Adoption Area: We only adopt to families living in Illinois, Wisconsin, or states that directly border either IL or WI. Renters: If you rent, please have your landlord contact us directly at mallorytsherwood@gmail.com to confirm that dogs are allowed in your home. Adoption Fee: $800, which includes microchip, current vaccines and boosters, deworming, and spay/neuter at our rescue vet. Using Your Own Vet: If you prefer to complete the spay/neuter with your own vet, well reimburse $100 once proof of procedure is provided. This must be done before 6 months of age, and adopters will sign a contract agreeing to this.
