Story
Hi my name is Oliver. I’m a 1 year old, neutered male, rat terrier. I had a rough start to life but now live my best diabetic life!  Yes I have diabetes and will need regular veterinary check ups and twice daily insulin injections to keep me healthy. I weigh 7lbs and will probably stay about this size. I love to be bossy and think I’m in the biggest dog in the yard but when I’m done I love to snuggle under the covers next to someone and sleep for hours. I also love to be out in the sunshine and roll in the grass. I love to be with people and would love a home with someone who is home and can let me out for potty regularly (I can’t last all day without going out a couple times throughout the day). My current foster home has big and small dogs along with cats and I get along with them all. My future will require cataract surgery in a few years and regular veterinary check up. The specialist suggests bloodwork every 6 months and my regular doctor recommends a glucose curve once a year unless I’m having issues. My insulin bottle and syringes lasts me about 2 months and currently eat regular dog food but might need prescription food later in life. Please know ahead of time that I require supervision and could have costly vet bills in my future. ##1697017##

Story
IggyBest Guess: Rat terrier about 15 lbs but tall and lengthy 12 years old with good energy still."He’s an easy dog, gets along with all my fosters big and small. Fine with the cats and loves people. He is house trained with no accidents as long as you stick to the routine you two come up with. Iggy has extreme crate anxiety (like rub his nose till it bleeds and pull your teeth out trying to escape anxiety. 2 hours in the crate when he first got here and I realized I had to have a different plan for Iggy.) The couch is his preferred spot to sit. He likes to curl up in the corner of the couch on top of the two pillows to be as comfy as possible. He deserves all the comforts in life." ~ Foster momVetting: Heartworm negative, neutered, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. Senior bloodwork is good. Iggy came to rescue with horrible teeth. He had a dental and they pulled all but 2 teeth. With two teeth, I would figure he would want canned food, and he does, but he will also go around and eat any dry kibble dropped on the floor or left over in someone's dish. Iggy has a sensitive stomach and needs to be on special food.To fill out an application visit https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/33868/generic Once Approved we will get you on the schedule to meet this handsome gentleman. ##1564922##

Story
Liana is a 1 year old that looks like a Rat terrier / Lab mix baby girl! She has 1 blue eye and 1 brown eye and is covered in spots! Her mother was rescued by animal control from an abuse situation and she had 8 beautiful puppies while in the pound when they were charging her owner. Mother and puppies were brought to the rescue as soon as they could be released from animal control and all are thriving! There mother is 30 lbs and looks like a bull terrier mix because she has such a rounded face. Liana weighs about 35 lbs.  Lianna runs the group. She is a people pleaser and loves to be scratched behind her ears. She’s your perfect southern gal, sugar and spice and everything nice and will put her unruly brothers in their place in a heartbeat.  She is spayed, vaccinated for her age, dewormed, and heartworm negative. Her adoption fee is $250.  To apply to adopt go to roseacresrescue.org.` May 20, 2023, 1:08 pm
