Snap is a bundle of energy…until he’s not. He pretty quickly transforms into a lapdog cuddle-bug. He is a 2 year old Rat Terrier & has a lot of puppy in him & he has a big desire for you to tell him he is a good boy. He is a dog for the people, less so for dogs. Don’t get me wrong, he is friendly with most dogs, but he is a bully to others. To be specific, he turns into a ninja who talks a lot of crap he can’t back up when big…really big dogs are around. He has gotten more tolerant to being the smallest dog in the room and generally, pays more attention to me than he does any of the dogs. Snap is the kind of dog that will, with enthusiasm ,ride along with you in the car, follow your every step outside, and then come inside and curl up on the couch to watch a Lifetime movie. He’s down for any adventure but he will sleep in as long as you do.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed. Mom is a RatTerrier/miniAussi mix (pictured last) and dad is the neighbors beagle.picture not available. Mom, Ruby she weighs about 25-30 pounds with puppy weight. Did not get to meet the dad. Most of the puppies look like Rat Terriers. Except Natasha she has a long beautiful wavy coat. Very sweet small puppies, great family dogs. Easy to train. Little Jack is new to our rescue so we are still learning about him, but he is said to be good with men, women and kids; a cuddle-bug, and a tad shy at first, but warms up quickly. Little Jack seems to do well with other dogs, but is not good with cats. Little Jack is UTD on vaccines and neutered. He will be microchipped before going to his adoptive home. Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The microchip is transferred to the adopter once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a one-time $15 microchip enrollment fee. Microchips are enrolled with AKC Reunite. Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
