Story
Little Debbie is a five-year-old Toy Rat Terrier/Toy Fox Terrier mix with a golden and white coat, adorable bob tail, and a gentle, affectionate nature. Weighing around 15 pounds, she forms deep bonds with her people and loves being close, often following along as a loyal companion throughout the day. She is ready to settle in after a daily 30 to 45 minute walk, spending lots of time snuggling, playing with her favorite “babies,” working on enrichment puzzles, or watching the world from a favorite window. She knows sit, shake, and “Give me a Kiss” and responds well to positive reinforcement. She’s spayed, up to date on vaccines/heartworm prevention, had a recent healthy veterinary check and is managing a locating patella while working toward a healthier weight. A fenced yard or attentive leash is a must and will support her success. Continued guidance with leash manners, excitement around new experiences will help her to thrive! Little Debbie is happiest just being with her family

• Around 4–5 years old and 15 pounds• Jack Russell mix• Neutered and up to date on all vaccines• Very shy/scared at first, but incredibly sweet once he feels safe• Semi potty trained — with a consistent schedule he does very well• Very anxious with loud noises such as thunderstorms or fireworks, and he will want to sit in your lap to feel safe• Great with people• Has had some issues with other dogs in the home, so he may do best as the only pet or with slow introductions• Has not been around cats, so I'm unsure how he would react• Walks very well on a leash and could be a great running buddy
