Meet Milo, a handsome, happy young guy who is ready to find his forever family! We believe Milo may be a mix of Rhodesian Ridgeback, Shepherd, and Terrier based on his looks and personality, but whatever his breed mix, one thing is certain: Milo is one very special dog.  Milo is fully housebroken and crate trained, and he has been doing wonderfully with his basic training and leash manners. He is an incredibly quick learner and genuinely loves to learn, especially when he gets to spend time with his people. One of Milo’s favorite things is his crate! He is completely comfortable going in when asked and will happily run right into his crate when it’s bedtime. He sleeps peacefully in it overnight and settles beautifully. Like many young dogs, Milo can get excited and whine when he sees his favorite people or when he knows it’s time to come out and play—but he settles down quickly and easily. Milo is also a social guy who enjoys other dogs. He loves to play and would be thrilled to have opportunities for fun and companionship with canine friends. His foster mom is a professional dog trainer, and Milo has been lucky enough to have someone who understands dogs and has enjoyed helping him grow, learn, and become the wonderful companion he is today. She has absolutely loved fostering Milo and watching him progress. Milo is looking for a family who will continue building on his training, give him plenty of love and enrichment, and appreciate his playful, eager-to-learn personality. This beautiful pup is called Sweetz for a reason – she is so wonderfully sweet, tolerant, loving, and cute that the name Sweetz just fits her perfectly! Sweetz has a truly delightful personality! She’s only about 1 year old and we think that full grown, she’ll weigh between maybe 50 and 60 pounds. With her beautiful café-au-lait coat, we think Sweetz looks mostly like a Rhodesian Ridgeback, Black Mouth Cur, and maybe even Anatolian Shepherd blend. Whatever her mix is, Sweetz will make an incredible companion for a family or a single person who is active and athletic. Sweetz is well-behaved, friendly, and very smart. She gets along great with all other dogs too. Of course, her adoption covers her spay, all of her shots, and whatever incidentals she needs to make a happy healthy family friend. Reggie may show some fear and become overly aroused or impulsive in certain situations, including jumping and mounting behaviors. Story
Charlie is a 6 year old mix between a Rhodesian Ridgeback, Shar-Pei and Pit, she loves to be in the company of people, she love attention and to be pet. She is extremely smart is treat motivated, meaning she can be trained very easily. She sleeps most of the day on her bed, but loves walks around the neighborhood, playing with her squeeker toys, hikes, the beach and playing fetch at the park. Charlie would thrive with an active owner who loves the outdoors and car rides. She also loves playing with other dogs. Charlie stays up-to-date with her veterinary checkups and vaccinations, but also suffers from skin allergy reactions to certain foods. As a result she takes a pill every morning to help counter-act the side effects of her allergies, if left untreated for even a day she will develop itchy bumps on her skin and ear infections. She also can be uneasy around younger children (5-12 yo) as she seems to have a slight distrust towards them.
