Hi my name is Sunchi! I am estimated at 4 months old and weighed in at around 27 lbs as of mid-October! My mama worked so hard to keep me and my littermates safe out on the streets until a Good Samaritan found us and thankfully got us over to Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue. There we received the medical and general care we needed to be ready for forever homes! Mama is a beautiful brindle girl and appears to be a plott hound or mountain cur mix - we don't know our daddy, but our rescue sees blackmouth cur and/or ridgeback in our mix too (all best guess). During the month of Sept my fee is reduced to 1/2 or $175!Hi- my name is Milo! I am a very handsome 2 year old that is looking for his furever family. I was originally found as a stray, then Guardians of Florida stepped up and rescued me. It is very difficult for big dogs like me- ‘cause most everyone is wanting a puppy or a small dog they can travel with. The rescue says I look like a Ridgeback/Black mouth cur mix (best guess) and weigh just under 90 lbs currently. I am very playful- I love going for walks and runs. My absolute favorite thing is playing tug of war with the volunteers. Overall, I am fine with other dogs- let’s make sure to do proper meet and greets first, tho.As I am a big, active kind of guy, I would do best with a human/family who is also active. Theo is a great boy, just has a few issues that will require a stern adopter. He is friendly with dogs and people, but due to his nature, no small children. He has been through extensive training. He comes from the working -scenthound group and is very strong, so he’ll do best with either a big, fenced yard for exercise, or someone experienced to walk a strong, athletic dog on-leash. He loves his people and is extremely loyal. He’s been tested with some mild mannered dogs and did beautifully.
