Story
Howdy, y’all! I’m a 3 month old pit/cur mix who came to Buffalo via Texas. My foster mom says I live up to my name, Sassafras, as I am a sweet little puppy girl with a bit of a sassy side. I absolutely love being close to my foster mom, playing and snuggling. I can be a bit shy meeting new people and dogs at first, but once I feel safe my wiggly puppy personality comes out. I have a TON of energy and love to play before I crash for a nap. I am doing really well with potty training as long as we stick to a routine. I am crate trained, just fussing a little bit when I’m first put in because I’d rather be with my person. Have I mentioned I really love to be close to someone, helping with everything you do.  My foster mom says I’m super smart. I’ve learned how to sit and she thinks it’s super cute I will sit and wait before we go back in the house after being outside.  I currently live with 4 cats that I really, really want to play with, but don’t seem to like being chased. In time with slow introductions, I could learn how to play with cats, but I’d much prefer some dog siblings.   If you’re looking for a sassy, southern belle fill out an adoption application at www.buffalounderdogs.com ##2013137##
