His current family is heartbroken to rehome him but due to housing limitations and busy work/school schedules, they are no longer able to give Ace the time and care he deserves. Ace is: Neutered and up to date on vaccines Potty trained and crate trained Friendly with children and has lived with other dogs Allows people to take food and toys without issue Ace has been raised both indoors and outdoors, and while he’s alert and protective by nature—true to his breed—he’s also social and curious. He may bark when people approach the home, but once introduced, he is calm and even allows visitors to pet him. He's been well-loved and shows great potential in the right environment. Note on behavior: Ace had one incident on a hike where someone approached him while he was tethered and entered his personal space. He lunged and caused a minor scratch. The person did not require stitches. He has not shown ongoing aggression and has otherwise been friendly and manageable.
