Story
Meet Theo He is a very loveable Rottie! The Rottie looks with a SUPER sweet personality great for any experience level. 5.5 years old ~ Neutered Microchipped UTD on vaccinations On HW prevention House trained, Crate trained, Good leash manners, Knows Sit, Come, Door Manners, Kennel, Leave-it Good with most dogs , best paired with a female unless you have heavy breed experience Good with all the people he has met Good with children over 10 No small animals, or Cats No livestock Doesn't need an overly active lifestyle. He's fine to just lay and chill all day with his people 2 good walks a day and some play is all this boy needs He needs to stay on a high protein/fat diet to maintain weight Just wants someone to love and give him his best life A note from foster- He is a lovely boy and has done very well! He loves to play and hang out. At bedtime he is happy to run to his crate for his nighttime cookie! He loves to sunbathe in the yard and watch the world go by. He's good with the female dog he is paired with for play. He also loves the water hose!! He goes bananas to get wet. With a simple leave it, he will not chase the water spray. Overall he is going to make someone a wonderful dog! A little patience at first does a world of wonders for him to warm up quickly. We don't know the life he lived but we are showing him the good life is there. Intake story Transfer from a rescue so that we could help him find a forever home as we have experience with this breed. He was originally found dumped at Chamberlain High School in Tampa. We will be offering continuing training if you are within 50 miles of us and a discounted rate. If you would like to Foster, also please reach out! We supply everything!

Story
Eve is a special girl looking for a special adopter. Eve came to us after being found as a stray and in rough shape. Eve has clearly birthed a lot of litters in her life and hasn't been shown the best care. She seems to have never known the comforts of the inside of a home, but she is slowly learning and starting to enjoy the finer things in life. Eve is estimated to be between 4 and 7 years old. She's still a little underweight at 65 pounds, but we're working on that. She is spayed, up to date on all vaccines and preventions and heartworm negative. Eve is looking for an adopter with a lot of patience and compassion. Eve did not come from a great place and is very hand shy, especially around her head. She will need slow introductions and food is always helpful. Once she trusts you, and it doesn't take long, she does so wholeheartedly. She is a very sweet and loving girl. Eve has most likely never lived inside a home. She is not housebroken. She is doing well, and will do well, with a consistent and regular routine and schedule. She is also learning about a crate and is doing well with that. She also has finally started using dog beds and has picked a few favorites. Eve is dog friendly. Although her social skills aren't the best, she tends to be a little jumpy with other dogs in an effort to play, and she doesn't understand personal space with other dogs. She's had zero negative reactions with other dogs, even when they haven't been fans of her approach. She would do best with tolerant, submissive dogs that won't hurt her. Eve herself is not a well bred rottie and there are some things that will seem off about her. Her tongue will hang out. She doesn't seem "right", but she does get things with consistency and patience. She has learned to sit very nicely for her meals. Eve is a sweet girl, who is ready to be shown a life that she's missed out on. * we are recommending children be 12 and older for Eve * fenced in yard preferred as she is still a bit unfamiliar with a leash * travel time for adoption not to exceed 1.5 hours from Spring Hill (34610) ** PLEASE EMAIL ALL INQUIRIES DIRECTLY TO LOVETOTHERESCUEINC@GMAIL.COM **

Story
Hi, we are Maria’s 3rd owner-2nd family. Maria originally came from a puppy mill where unfortunately she was abused and not taken care of. Her first family adopted her and took care of her for about a year. Their son who was her caretaker went off to college and his parents did not want the responsibility of taking care of her. She was given to us. We currently have a Male Rottweiler same age as her and we thought they would be great friends. Even though most of the time they do get along sometimes she does show some aggression towards him which forces me to have her in a crate while I am working or not able to supervise. She is so energetic and she loves to be rubbed she loves to play. We have taught her tricks and she is house trained. I would love to see her flourish in a home where she doesn’t need to be in a crate and has people to play with her and show her love.

Story
Shalom was rescued in Puerto Rico after she was hit by a car while she was pregnant which caused her to deliver her litter on the side of the highway. All of her puppies had been adopted, but poor Shalom waited 3 years in Puerto Rico without an adoption because unfortunately the adoption rate is extremely low in PR. She is now in a foster home in st Pete and is ready for her furever love! Shalom is a 4-5yr old and 75 pound girl that has so much love to share. She is very sweet and friendly with all humans. She does best with dogs closer to her size and has potential for cats. She is very mellow and loves to be around her people. Shalom cannot wait to meet you! ##2367700##
