I call her Maggie in the cold shelter aisles she’s known as Margaret . Maggie is a darling she’s calm and sweet and lays there giving up on life. Shes been there since July and watches everyone pass her by! Maggie is HW positive but can be treated with a slow kill very affordable treatment and could even speak to the shelter about completing her HW treatments ! I adopted Xena a year ago from Peggy Adams animal shelter in West Palm Beach, FL. And she has single handledly changed my life. Our connection was instant, she is the sweetest, most affectionate, and smartest pet I’ve ever owned. Her ability to comfort me throughout one of the hardest years of my life is something I will always owe her for. This being said, I made the decision to become a pet owner at a very poor time. Financially, taking care of her is dificult, if something were to happen i would not be able to care for her. My home is small, and I will be downsizing further (again finances). I work almost 11 hour days, and this sweet baby is alone through all of that. She deserves open running, and a big house full of love and good company. I’ve asked family and friends, as I’ve so wanted to avoid losing her completely, but it seems to be the only option for her. She’s potty trained, friendly with everybody. Knows basic comands and wants to learn. Please reach out and ask anything!

Nina is a 3-year-old, super social, sweet, and gentle girl who has been a wonderful family pet. She’s affectionate, loving, and has a naturally calm, timid nature. She truly loves people and other dogs and has never had any behavioral issues. Due to a recent move and space limitations, I’m no longer able to give Nina the exercise and stimulation she deserves. I’ve also developed reactions to her shedding, which has unfortunately led to her spending more time crated than is fair to her. Because I love her deeply, I want to do what’s best for her and find her a home where she can truly live her best life. Nina would thrive in a home where she can get regular walks, attention, and companionship. If you or someone you know can provide a loving, active home for this sweet girl, please reach out. Rehoming her is not an easy decision, but it comes from a place of love and wanting the very best for her.
